My grandmother unfortunately had him as her primary and weeks before she passed away was complaining every day about pain and problems, with NO HELP from what was supposed to be her "doctor" - the one who took an oath to care for his patients. He rushed her off the phone, had no time to listen to her concerns and wrote her off as another number. Unprofessional, rude, no respect at all - would not recommend him if he was the last doctor on Earth. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this practice or see ROBERT CAIFANO! After my last visit in 2024 to receive medical paperwork for a work accommodation, Dr W's PA was heard being loud and passive aggressive talking about me as if I wasn't in the room down the hall. Dr W seemed overwhelmed being directed by a front desk person and the PA on what to do for my paperwork. I initially changed primary care doctors in hopes of finding a female provider that accepts Medicaid, it seems impossible at times especially if one of your factors is also location and proximity to home. I forgot who recommended this office but they said I could always see the PA if I wanted to instead of the doctor if preferring gender specific care. After the last visit, I can say assuredly I prefer Dr W to his PA, and don't care much of gender because of it now. Despite the last visit, he was always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable with any care plans I needed. Front office is usually efficient. May not always be the friendliest but they get you checked in and out as need be. I don't usually wait for long at this office to be seen, either. Until I can find something better, Dr W works for now. I'll be sure to schedule any future appointments with only him and NOT his PA.
