Dr. Tomani and her staff were professional and provided great care for a long time. I even recommended the practice to friends. Gradually, aesthetic procedures and treatments were promoted. I'm not interested in these money-making services; the staff respected my lack of interest. The reason I left this practice was because twice no one called to inform me of the cancellation of early morning appointments. Babies and emergencies come on their own schedule; of course I'd have understood had I just been contacted. But no one bothered to let me know. Not faulting the front desk staff, who were apologetic. It's the lack of communication from a nurse or other patient staff "to" the front desk that seemed to be the problem. When I expressed my dismay, I was treated very rudely by a woman (nurse, medical assistant?) who came to the waiting room from the back patient area. I don't appreciate being disrespected in this manner. Dr. Tomani should look into how some of her staff speak to patients. It's affects her reputation and business.
