Fantastic!! I have lower back issues, Julie, Ben and Lindsay are all awesome. They recommend a few different items to help with the constant pain and it truly worked. I can't say enough about these wonderful people. Please stop and support this local business. They are more than happy to answer all of your questions and make recommendations based on what you're looking for. The best!!! read more

Best in Rochester! I recently discovered HempSol and I'm impressed. Not only do they have the best selection of products, but the prices are reasonable, too. And, it's the staff that really makes this place number one in my book. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. I used to go to the medical dispensaries, but HempSol beats them hands-down with better pricing and much better products. Way to go, HempSol. Keep up the good work! read more

Best products anywhere in Upstate NY IMHO. Widest variety and always high quality. Nicest sales associates and safe area.

$50 for a THC cart. Cart doesn't work with the batteries I already have because there is a short in the coil. Had to drive back to get a replacement.... But they wouldn't replace it. They had me talk to a guy with an epic ginger beard. That guy was cool and it worked on the battery they sold in the store so I got one. Well less than a week latter the battery flashes every time I try to take a hit & shorts. More than half the $50 cart is left. Had they listened to me the first time I'd be a happy customer but now I've got THC oil I can't vape because it's defective & I have a feeling that if I go back I'll just be brushed off again. Oh the brand of the defective cart is "glo" & I recommend you not buy it because if it's broke HempSol will not replace it. read more

This place right here is THE place you have been looking for! Stop wasting your time going to dimly lit head shops, selling bongs, vape juice, and a small selection of CBD. This place is legit! Jim has DECADES of medical knowledge and experience that you wont find anywhere else. Most places have some dumb, stoner kid, too baked out to carry on a conversation and barely knows their shit. Once again, Jim is a professional who knows the answers to every question you can imagine. The wide arrange of products they offer is astonishing! Give yourself some extra time to learn about the process and the methods available to take in CBD. Ask about their "jar return" discount! I will certainly be back when it is time for me to replenish my stock. read more

So many cool products and flower here. The gummies also that they sell (hemp sop brand) have a very cool formula that allows you to feel the effects of the THC just like what you would buy at a dispensary, but cheaper. Give it a shot! read more
