I had a ride scheduled today with AT YOUR SERVICE…read more I've been using this service a few years. I'm sure I've taken at least 40 rides through this service. I give this service a 10. And, that's unheard of these days. Nobody cares!!! By the way, today is August 14, 2025. The high review largely goes to the driver. I'm not sure if I should say his name. The service knows who I am talking about. My driver is very professional. He is considerate; he offers help when needed. He is on time. The car has no smell and he doesn't play any music, station, talk show, news, etc. Some other services have smelly cars and you have to listen to what they are listening to. My driver probably has 40 years driving experience and he is a fine driver. I can't say enough about the driver. The company and the dispatcher are easy to deal with. AT YOUR SERVICE has been consistently reliable. Thank you for great straightforward service. Five gold STARS 10 out of 10 points. Mary

Services by Sandra LLC: I had the pleasure of riding with Sandra to Strong Memorial Tuesday…read moreMorning, April 11, 2023. A month ago, I began making calls for a medical ride to Strong. Sandra was my first call. My requested trip time was 3 hours before she begins her daily schedule. Three days later, Sandra called to ask if I had found a ride. Oh, my goodness, Sandra cares about others. She said, I will drive you to the hospital and the return trip home. Sandra is not only professional but compassionate; keeps her word; safe driver - knows the city like the back of her hand. In the past I've ridden with other Rochester based medical service drivers who didn't know where they were going relying on faulty directions. It's important to have a driver who is confident, careful and a great conversationalist. Sandra put me in an upbeat mood to face my procedure with a smile. Thank you, Sandra. God Bless every mile you drive. When I have my knee surgery, I will call you!! Sandra, I rate your service with a big A+!!
