Today was even worse. About 15 minutes after I was dropped off, I called to let them know I was ready to be picked up. I waited for over TWO HOURS, and no one came to get me. I finally had no choice but to order an Uber and pay $30 out of my own pocket just to get home. Medical transportation is a service that people depend on. Patients should not have to sit and wonder for hours when or if their ride is coming, nor should they feel unsafe because of the way they are being driven. I hope this company takes complaints like this seriously and makes some changes. People using medical transportation deserve to be treated with respect, picked up within a reasonable amount of time, and most importantly, transported safely.

And, that's unheard of these days. Nobody cares!!! By the way, today is August 14, 2025. The high review largely goes to the driver. I'm not sure if I should say his name. The service knows who I am talking about. My driver is very professional. He is considerate; he offers help when needed. He is on time. The car has no smell and he doesn't play any music, station, talk show, news, etc. Some other services have smelly cars and you have to listen to what they are listening to. My driver probably has 40 years driving experience and he is a fine driver. I can't say enough about the driver. The company and the dispatcher are easy to deal with.
