Parking in front and behind the building. Smaller lobby area with a new self sign in machine. The receptionists are the best, so down to earth and friendly... they become family. Dr. Booth has the best bed side manner of any professional in the medical field I've ever experienced. Her passion and kindness in any situation is remarkable. I've been going here for routine physical exams, sick visits, immunizations and flu shots. They always get me in for sick visits, common colds and sore throats ... or refills on meds. Dr. John Cox is an old school doctor. I had an on and off ear ache, plus some congestion. I called his office and spoke to Maggie. She discussed with Dr. Cox my problem, looked at his schedule (it was tight) but Dr. Cox got me in at 5 PM tonight. If this isn't dedication you tell me what is!!! To be honest, I haven't liked her from the start, but I was reluctant to change practices until I bought a house and had a permanent location. Now that I've moved I'm having a hard time finding a place nearby accepting new patients so I'm stuck here for the interim. She is not attentive, doesn't do follow up regarding abnormal lab work, and I feel like she dismisses my experiences sometimes. I avoid seeing her unless I just want a referral for somewhere else and usually ask to see a NP instead when I'm sick.

She demanded I go to therapy and berated me when I couldn't go often. Now that I'm living in a different state and seeing a GOOD doctor, I've been referred to a cardiologist because my doctor felt it necessary based on my symptoms. Oh, and guess what, they have found a heart condition that is finally being treated. So, yeah, it wasn't "just anxiety". HORRIBLE doctor. She shouldn't have a license. I'll likely be reporting her to the board of medicine in NY. Avoid this doctor at ALL costs.
