The only thing I was taken back was how disorganized the desk staff was. Even with my set arrival time it took the front desk 30 minutes to get me checked in. Once I was seen my the medical staff in the back, I was blown away. I've been to other RGH affiliated urgent care centers and they did not seem that clean, the Dr's or PA's weren't that knowledgeable. The Dr, that came to see me, took his time to fully understand what was going on with me and prescribed me a treatment that would have been very similar to one of the specialists I see. His bed side manor was helpful, funny and he put me at ease. Over all I was fully impressed with the treatment. If I was to break down the stars would be 3 for the front desk staff, and 5 for the medical staff once you get taken back.
