I purchased a Maytag washing…read moremachine 410 days ago because you know, the Maytag repairman's bored to tears because these things don't break down, last forever and all that. Plus, how can you beat a 10 year warranty? So I purchased one at Attwood's because I'd rather deal with a locally owned outfit rather than the big box stores whenever I can. Almost hardly on the outside of a year this thing starts throwing codes, locks the door and bricks itself with a full load of clothes and a tub full of water. I called Attwood's service dept. explained the situation and was told it would be $100 for a service call, ouch. But ok, if that's what it takes let's do it. He says someone will be there Wednesday. Fair enough! He calls back a half hour later to inform me that they don't service my area (50 miles away) I was dumbfounded, but offered to pay extra if that's what it would take. He told me no, I'd have to bring it in to them. I told him there's no way I could get a fully loaded machine off the pedestal and loaded into my truck, and again offered to pay extra, and that maybe they needed to make an exception to their travel distance policy. He said he'd call me back. About an hour later he calls and tells me the powers that be say no can do, I then told him this is just rude, you sold me the thing, it's screwed, and I expect you to stand behind the thing and come fix it. He said sorry, like his hands were tied, and that I was the one being rude, I then informed him that he hadn't seen rude yet, but if I have anything to do about it the entire internet will. He replied, really? then hung up on me. Shortly thereafter I began scouring the net looking for possible solutions which led me to a sensor that I had to open the machine to locate. I found the sensor and was able to get it out, take it apart, clean the connections, blow out the diaphragm and connecting hose and get the machine running again. In the meantime Attwood's calls back and this time it was a woman apologizing and saying how sorry she was that it had failed so shortly after the warranty expired. (I thought this thing had a 10 year warranty) She then gave me a number to Maytag and told me if I called them and raised holy hell adding that I'll never buy another product of theirs, that what usually happens is they'll call the seller (Attwood's) and demand they go fix it and will also pay them extra for the job, mileage etc. then she said that Attwood's would come out and fix it. Wait, what? Why should I even have to deal with the manufacturer, they didn't sell it to me. Attwood's should have had my back and taken care of all of this behind the scenes without me, especially since they know this game and must play it often enough. Pass the buck? Make me the middleman? What ever happened to accountability? So in closing, I'd say before you buy a major brand name appliance at Atwood's you'd better live less than 5 minutes from them, (for their convenience) or see if you can take the diagnostic and service technician course from the manufacturer of your product so you can fix it yourself, because at Atwood's, service stops at the sale, and getting "serviced" comes afterwards. Never again Attwood's, never ever again.

Technician was here yesterday and now waiting another week for another technician that cannot repair from my home. It is their equipment on their poles, not my house. So why am I waiting another week? This company has no one that cares about current customers. Busy doing new installs and not a technician available for repairs to their own equipment. This company has terrible customer service. If I wasn't getting such a low price, I would be with a different provider. SAVE SOME HEADACHES AND CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE.

No internet for several days, give very little connection and charge over $60.00 a month for a system unable to function within 30 days. Upon disconnect, which by the way went with no errors until 3 days before disconnect, (by the way the bill was paid in advance) I woke and they decided to disconnet without my knowledge. So I called to get the service back up which took 3 hours. I was charged a reconnection fee due to my billing cycle, which was not explained at all during the request for disconnection. 2 hours after the service was up disconnect again, agent said I owed $5.00, I paid before the reconnection. Prior to there, was no balance due, after the reconnect I had to pay $10.00, (according to a different agent balance due). I was transfered to different departments just to reconnect to disconnect. The original disconnect was on September 9th, the reconnect date was September 8th and the final disconnect date, same, September 8th. 2 days later I notice the internet was not disconnect, I called had to pay an addition $65.00 because of a new billing cycle. Yes I was angry, I paid to shut it all down and advised them never call me, email, text nor my company Blue Vision ever. A female agent called me and wanted to know what happened....I expressed since the call was recorded go back and listen.....she finally got the message and disconnected the service since I was told will be shut off October 10, 2025...The service was disconnected on September 11, 2025. During the 90 days contracted production period they kept getting things wrong (and repeating the same mistakes over and over again) so I had to keep sending them back to the drawing board. It would sometimes take up to 2 weeks to get a hold of them to discuss their mistakes and the poor quality of their work. Once the 90 days was up they attempted to get me to sign off on a website that did not include a number of the key features I was promised, was super slow, wasn't mobile responsive and had a sales cart/checkout that calculated incorrectly. And to top it all off they then tried to pursuade me to pay a monthly management subscription fee (approximately $1800 per month) and told me they would work on the mistakes and completing the website if I started the subscription with them, which I refused. Once I tried to get a 50% refund from them for incomplete service, they lied to my bank's legal team saying the website was incomplete as a result of me asking them to do extra work on it...when the truth is I had only been asking them to fix the multiple mistakes and complete the job they had told me they were capable of completing. I now truely believe that It's on Media don't have the knowledge or experience to develop professional websites, and that they are con artists with the agenda to rip off vulnerable small business owners. I have now hired another company to rebuild the website from scratch. This company is kind enough to charge me in stages, making sure I am happy with each stage. The experience with It's on Media has left me in debt. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This heartless company will rip you off.
