When I returned Monday at 4:10 pm, she said she, "closed at 3pm", and stated she could take care of it tomorrow. I'd already waited several days, and explained that would be difficult as I have other appointments tomorrow. She clearly couldn't have cared less. As I was leaving I replied that her listing on the internet says she's open until 5pm (see TWO different listings attached here saying the shop is open until 5). She disputed that saying she changed the time to 3, which is an absolute lie as the attached screencaps show she closes at 5pm. I didn't care to argue particularly as there was another woman in the shop. She then said, "it'll take a half hour anyway." A half hour would've made it 4:40, or 20 minutes BEFORE her advertised closing time. Dishonest, insincere, and low class, I would recommend using any graphics shop around rather than Flashover.

Then they cleaned my house and they clean things like baseboards, window sills, and ceiling fans (we have 10ft ceilings so it's not easy) - not just the 1st time but every time. I love that they use white vinegar (when possible) - I always worry about harsh cleaning products around my fur-baby. They do a thorough job with a very pleasant attitude.
