My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. As a bonus, they are a fun group to work with. Platinum saved us, and in working with Tony, we have become friends. Tony has become a family friend - he and his attended our Grand Opening, and we plan to have dinner soon... It's a pleasure to recommend this company!

I was shopping across a few different groups local to Las Vegas to manage four websites I oversee…read morefor a business group. I needed full suite web hosting and support on design and maintenance. I met with a handful of web service providers and Tasha & Drew at Vegas Website Design were far and away the winners. With our first meeting they listened to our businesses unique needs and tailored a solution for our needs. This was all specific to exactly the amount of support I was looking for which was greatly appreciated- their competition really didn't do that but matched us to existing offers. They were able to partner with us on building plans that are helping us grow. Implementation was extremely painless and easy. I was prepared for a mess but it was nearly handsfree and smooth, all completed within a day. There are regular website backups so I know we'll never lose any data or content. After implementation, Tasha has been extremely proactive with our team on improving the websites. I admittedly have been really swamped but she's taken it on to do research of what has worked for other businesses in our vertical and how we can improve on it. I'm overall extremely impressed with Vegas Website Designs work and the best part? It's a fraction of the price of our last partner. Truly impressed top to bottom with their partnership, the care they have shown my team, and their dedication to excellence. I'd absolutely recommend them for any sized business.

****BEWARE**** Wish I could give them a zero rating! These…read moreguys are the most laziest people I have ever met. They seem to push their responsibilities off to each other. The sad part is that we have given them 3 chances. Today was just the last straw. We order our business cards from them last week Wednesday and they stated our business cards will be ready Friday. We went Friday and stated they didn't get the chance to print them out. (Mind you they have a big sign stating will be ready within 24 hrs.) They stated they will have them ready for us Saturday and they will give us a call as soon as they are ready. Saturday rolled through no call. Sunday we didn't expect them to work that day. Now Today, Monday at 10:30a.m. 2 hours and a half into their day. We go in for pick up. Nothing is ready. Our order sheet was still on their desk. Their excuse now was that their machine was down and there was nothing they could have done. We would have taken that under consideration and forgave the incident but this was the same excuse they gave us the first time a few months ago. I believe they could have at least given us a courtesy call Saturday stating they didn't print them or even flat out lied and said their machine is down but at least took our time and effort under consideration. Never again. Unless you're willing to wait 2 full weeks for your order.

Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them

After working so hard to curate a brand…read moreand logo for my business, I engaged with Customistic for new custom shirts on shirts that I brought in. I spent 20 minutes with the technician finalizing the proof. My bill was ~$230 for reference on order size... probably pretty small but certainly not the smallest. Most of the order came out to standard. The sad part is a specific batch of my order were printed using the wrong color. Tech told me the printer messed it up. Some technical jargon regarding ink. I asked for half my money back and was denied because I brought the shirts in. Sad. Very sad. Not for them, for me. I care a lot about this company merchandise. In the midst of my sadness, my current assumption is there probably is no such thing as a true 5 star print shop, they would have to charge 30-50% more to cover losses on mistakes. There's too much that can go wrong and the business model likely cannot afford to please every order that gets messed up. In other words, original custom printing is probably just a crap shoot. 3 stars is fair.
