They were hired about a year ago. Many items were missing from the home after they left. The loss was approximately $1000.00. When it was reported to them they basically said go pound salt. When they were threatened with a bad review they posted the address of complainant and a picture of her house. This resulted in online threats to the complainant most likely by friends of theirs. We were contacted by another party who also reported item's missing from their home or their elderly parents home. Stay clear of this company whatever form they are. No matter what happens. What's been the worst is the most rude & non professional employee my husband & I dealt with!! Who is one of the part owners named Rachel ! We made r vacation home into an Airbnb & had a cleaning quote given to us by Rachel for three different scenarios!! When we went to schedule she raised the price $150 dollars from the original quote a month ago!! & For even less work than we requested in the original quotes ! She went up from $200 to $350 saying prices went up. There is no way impo they truly could have possibly gone up that much!! In just a month !! When I tried to be a mature adult & discuss this with Rachel she sent two nasty & sarcastic texts back ! She accused my husband & I of Not being able to afford her zero star company ! & like a immature high school child put laughing emojis on my texts!! That was it for my husband & I !! However we were under the impression that this company used disinfectant on the basic standard clean every 2 weeks. In Rachel's last text she said you do not get that with a standard clean! She listed the differences & the disinfectant is noted in only deep cleans! I have that saved as a snap shot too !! As a retired registered nurse that truly sickened me !! & my Husband!! When we clean r house daily we wipe down the counters only with disinfectant!! We were paying 100 dollars every other week. With a nice tip every time thinking & believing we were getting a good clean every other week while we stayed there But Per Rachel's own text we were not !! We were getting basically a wipe down etc. !! Without any disinfectant!! That's NOT what we were told when we were hiring them !! Its NOT ok or sanitary at all impo !! In fact It's very important a cleaning company uses a disinfectant on a bi - weekly clean !! R home is just under 1400 square feet. We can absolutely afford this rude & unprofessional company ! But we Refuse to give this company the extorted fee they raised their price to in one month! By over $100 dollars !! We just worked way to hard for r money to pay extorted rates & for deep cleanings that r truly impossible for a company to do in one hour! & By just one cleaning person !! We live in California but have a home in Kingman. When we are not in Kingman, our home becomes an AirBNB. We have been with KIK for the last 3.5 years. The owners (who are the ones usually answering the phones) are very amenable. They have always been able to accommodate our needs whether an AirBNB flip or a deep clean to get ready for us to come to town for a while. They offer a lot of services and have been very dependable. Contracted to do a corner to corner deep clean, was told a crew of 4 to 6 actually only saw two. Day 1 was told the vcrew would arrive around 1, then 1:30 I called,, around 2:30 I got a call back; the crew would be able arrive until 3, I asked for it to rescheduled,, was told no issue.About 10 mins later I received a call from the crew stating they were enroute, I told her it had been rescheduled,, The two employees seemed rushed, after day 1 things were not put back to their ,,, location, water all over the counter and floor. Had to just about push them out at 6:30 so we could start dinner The came the following day , once again I only saw 2 employees. The windows never done, when I pushed back a few things was told no adjustment to the invoice. I would never use this company again read more

Reading through all of their Google reviews makes me really question what happened with the ladies that came to my house and why I had such a different experience.the owner was very nice and non judgmental towards me. At first when I came home I saw all of my stuff in trash bags in the front yard. All of my stuff was left outside for anyone to get into. The vacuum was dumped out on top of all of my stuff in the bags as well. At first I thought Adela and her girls did a great job when I walked in only to find multiple items missing over the next week or so. The fist thing I noticed missing was my WI-FI router, totally random thing to go missing. Before I contacted the owner asking her to ask her ladies where the Wi-Fi box was, I went through all of the bags of my stuff to make sure it wasn't thrown in one of them. After going through all of the bags and realizing the Wi-Fi box was no where to be found I asked her to ask her crew where they may have put it. Adela immediately denied taking it and stated that they couldn't even use it. Mind you, I never accused anyone, just asked where they may have put it. Adela stated that it was plugged in when they left and that they didn't take it. The box was no where to be found and my internet was not connected. After explaining to the owner that it was no longer here, she stated she was going to "wait a few more days to see if it turned up." The owner suggested that maybe the bags got confused and it was thrown away. I considered this idea as a possibility but the cleaning crew continued to deny ever even unplugging the box. After a few days passed I noticed more and more things that were missing. Including my sons mini tablet, his ABC refrigerator magnets that were in the container I bought them in, all of my TV remotes and the basket I kept them in on my table. I offered the owner proof multiple times of me reporting the Wi-Fi box lost or stolen with the internet company and exactly how much it was costing me to replace it (335 dollars) and asked her to replace the box as it was clearly not in my home anymore after they left. I was willing to prove that the internet company was able to show me the last time the internet was being used at my house (which adds up to the time they were at my home) the owner refused the proof and stated that she trusted her team and couldn't do anything to replace my missing items. Last night I went to get my brand new box of pots and pans out of my cabinet to make dinner, only to find that the box had been ripped open and all of the pots and pans and utensils that came with them were all missing and the box was filled with canned food and placed back in the cabinet to look as if it was never touched. The owner contacted Adela and asked her about this and Adela lied AGAIN and stated that the box was already open when they got to my house. I once again offered proof and stated that I even still had the receipt for the pots and pans and that they had never even been opened. The owner continued to defend her crew and refuses my proof of the items I have had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace. I told her that I was unfortunately going to have to file for small claims court as I have proof that I have had to replace these items and the company is still refusing to make right and replace what her crew stole. This is very unfortunate as the owner seems like a very nice woman. Most bosses aren't willing to defend their employees so hard and it's very sad that when there is one, her crew is lying to her and putting her company at risk to be sued. I trusted this company to come into my home and they showed me why I shouldn't have. I paid them 365 dollars for same day clean just for them to basically rob my house. And another 500 something dollars to replace only half of what this cleaning crew took from my house. I feel for the owner, as she is so adamant that her team is telling the truth, when they are not. I was grateful for their services until I noticed all of my missing items. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't want their stuff stolen. The house was sparkling clean when they finished. The kitchen sink had rings around the drain which I tried to remove over the years. I don't know what was used but the rings are gone.
