I had him clean the rooms from top to bottom- baseboards to ceiling fans. The house was sparkling and smelled clean and fresh. Initially I thought his quote was a little high, but both my husband and I felt he was totally worth it as this was a detailed cleaning. I allowed them to continue and start the cleaning. They told me 4 to 6 hrs. They were done at 3 hrs. 20 min. I couldnt wait to see!!! Immediately I was shocked. Not good. It was not cleaned with care to detail. The same moth and flyes were dead on my floor. That was just the beginning.... my bar sink was completely stripped of its finish and I wanted to cry. We will see if the owners insurance Co. Covers us. But what a complete disappointment. I will clean my own house. Sad for my first experience with cleaning Co. Shinebright FAILED. They used the wrong product on my bronze sink. I just spent 4 hours redoing everything they messed up. And to think they actually got paid for that is ridiculous.
