From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by this company was truly exceptional. First and foremost, the booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The team was prompt in responding to my inquiries and was able to accommodate my preferred date and time without any issues. Their excellent communication and willingness to accommodate my schedule already set them apart from other cleaning services I have used in the past. Keep in mind, I have a sister out there who meets with the cleaning crew each time they are scheduled to clean. On the days of cleaning, the team arrived punctually and ready to work. They were incredibly respectful of my home and belongings, taking great care to ensure no damage occurred during the cleaning process. It was evident that these professionals were highly trained and experienced, as they efficiently tackled each task with precision and expertise. I was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of their cleaning. From dusting everything, to scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing everything as asked. When they were threatened with a bad review they posted the address of complainant and a picture of her house. This resulted in online threats to the complainant most likely by friends of theirs. We were contacted by another party who also reported item's missing from their home or their elderly parents home. Stay clear of this company whatever form they are. No matter what happens. They will not take responsibility for the actions of their employees.
