Outstanding Cleaning Service - Five-Star Experience! Recent…read moreNew Customer. (4 months) Out of State Vacation Home Owner Rating: I recently had the pleasure of hiring Keepin It Kleen for cleaning service at my 2 vacation homes. 1 in Kingman and 1 in Bullhead City, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by this company was truly exceptional. First and foremost, the booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The team was prompt in responding to my inquiries and was able to accommodate my preferred date and time without any issues. Their excellent communication and willingness to accommodate my schedule already set them apart from other cleaning services I have used in the past. Keep in mind, I have a sister out there who meets with the cleaning crew each time they are scheduled to clean. On the days of cleaning, the team arrived punctually and ready to work. They were incredibly respectful of my home and belongings, taking great care to ensure no damage occurred during the cleaning process. It was evident that these professionals were highly trained and experienced, as they efficiently tackled each task with precision and expertise. I was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of their cleaning. From dusting everything, to scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing everything as asked. They even paid attention to the smallest details, such as cleaning hard-to-reach areas and tidying up areas I hadn't specifically requested. The cleaning products they used were of top-notch quality and left my home smelling fresh and clean, without any harsh chemical odors. It was evident that they prioritize the health and well-being of their clients, as they used environmentally friendly products that were safe for both my family and pets. The team demonstrated utmost professionalism throughout their visit. They were friendly, polite, and respectful, making me feel comfortable having them in my home and ready for my customers that book for their vacations. To top it all off, the pricing for the service was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality of their work. The value for money was outstanding, and I felt that I received far more than what I paid for. In conclusion, I recommend this cleaning service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional cleaning standards truly set them apart. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch cleaning service, look no further. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Thank you once again to the entire team for providing me with such an outstanding cleaning experience. I'm definitely a repeat customer! Scheduled three or more times a month due to usage of vacation homes.

I requested a home deep clean, I was moving into an older house. The past owner was not there. The…read morehouse was empty with carpet pulled when they came. I left them alone to do other stuff and came in to check on them a couple hours later. They were working and chatting, we were all chatting shortly, I showed them where cold drinks were and went back to my work. I returned about 4:00 and checked in with them, they were going to be another couple hours. I gave instructions on leaving and went to where I'm staying. Next afternoon I was walking around inside the house. It still smelled like cigarettes, windows looked dingy. I got a paper towel with a little bit of spray on it and ran it along a window frame top. It was nearly black with dust and grit. I wiped the windowsill with a clean part and got the same. Now I was curious...I found water spots on faucet chrome, hand marks on a door frame, walls were not wiped down, some shelves still had stains from old food containers ( these did not completely clean up when I went over them, but they lightened considerably), the washer had cobwebs behind it and a hand smear on the top, the dials had not been wiped down. I could see oils from people's skin around the knobs. I got a referral for Ericsson's by someone who raved about them. I was disappointed. I got a normal house cleaning, not a "deep cleaning". I called the office and explained, they were very apologetic and said they'd have the girls come and fix it. I never got a call, my husband either. They said they went again, I wasn't there. They said they must've left a window open the first visit. One night and a day would not create that much dust on the tops of cupboards, door frames, washer , etc... There ought to be inservices on what defines "deep cleaning" in the company. Otherwise, they were on time, admin was cheerful and professional, I received a thorough estimate of charges.
