They did a fine job with my carpet install. However, the LVP I was sold is terrible. It's thin,…read morethere's no pad underneath it, and two different underlayments resulted in little improvement. Initially the floor appeared draped over the floor joist and that problem has been corrected with the second thicker underlayment but I continue to see seams coming up and nail pops as shown in the photos. On warmer days multiple areas form bubbles that are spongy to walk on. This floor is not even 2 years old and the most recent underlayment was installed in March of 2021.. I've contacted them and notified them of the continuing issues and I've heard nothing. I initially wanted hardwood or laminate but the sales woman convinced me I would love LVP. Wrong.
