But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. I get business is slow but but to deliberately make a false claim it is shameful.

The gentleman told me that he would order the part and it would be a couple hundred bucks, he'd call me in a few weeks to schedule the installation. I called All Air to follow up six weeks later, said the part was ordered and should be in soon. I called after the new year. Said the part was backordered (this was around the time that COVID was causing supply chain issues, nbd.) Said that I can call periodically to check on the status of the part. I called at the end of February, said the part was still backordered. I called in April. Said the part was still backordered. I called in June. Said the part was still backordered. They recommended that, if I was going to be this impatient (!?) that I should just order a new oven. I told them that I had already waited over six months and that I would just keep waiting. I called in September. Same old shit. Once we hit the one-year mark, I was mad. My patience had been tested. I asked the manager to give me a call. The next day Yvette calls me and is very apologetic. Turns out, THE ORDER FOR THE PART HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. I'm not even joking. They kept assuring me that "they had problems with this repair person not following-through" So the people in the office kept assuring me the part was backordered, which was a bold-faced lie. Despite me checking back over and over again, no one was actually following up on my part. Amazing. On December 23, 2022, the part finally comes in. You ready to spit out your drink? They quoted me almost $900 to have it installed. A totally new oven was less expensive. I declined, obviously, especially with tepid apology and absolutely no empathy for this rotten customer service endeavor. I will not be a repeat customer.

The highest praise for Steve's 5 Star Service! I'm absolutely astonished with their service and so…read morehappy I chose this company to handle my HVAC replacement. They provided white glove service from quotation all the way through installation. I was simple to book a same day inspection and quote request for a new HVAC unit online. The repair technician Angel Perez was just that, an absolute angel. He was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable. After meeting with him and hearing him speak to other members of the company over the phone, I knew this was a special company. The employees spoke to each other like family. Once I submitted my signed contact online, Angel thanked me for choosing them and welcomed me to the family. Contract provides excellent warranty on parts and labor. Unit included install of ecobee smart thermostat, which I am in love with! Not sure how I got by all this time without one. By far the best quoted price out of the four I received. On the day of installation I received a text update with a photo and name of the lead installation technician Jon Neves. He and his team arrived right now time and finished the work exactly at their provided estimated completion time. The team placed a mat by the front door entrance to my house, which was a very nice touch, covered carpeted areas where they would be walking. After the job was complete they vacuumed their work space and it was like they weren't even in the house. The group of guys working in the installation took great care in everything they did. My installation required a crane to get the unit on top of my house and The Purple Crane was in and out quickly. The crane didn't disrupt my neighbors or even the trash service that morning. The crane was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Steve's 5 Star Service. They offer a service membership for less than $20 a month to handle HVAC tune ups, water heater flushes, and any service needs. You read that correctly, they also do plumbing! They will now be my go to for any plumbing needs. I'm due for a new water heater and I will be contacting them in the near future to handle my replacement. Steve's 5 Star Service took such great care of my baby girl and I during the heat. They were urgent to get us some reprieve from the heat and cool air into our home again. They are the nicest group of people I've ever hired. True to their word, take great pride in their work, take respectful care of their customers and provide easy breezey service. Shout out to the wonderful team that assist me on this project: Angel Perez, Jon Neves, Brad, Javier and The Purple Crane. Thank you thank you! I cannot thank you all enough! It was a pleasure working with you. Breana Cumberland Smith Chino, CA

I'd purchased a replacement for another house years ago so just needed it installed. $398 for install only. Job took less than an hour. I did it because I didn't have a lot of time to get it done. Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most…read more I can't say enough good things about this HVAC company, especially Mark. On the hottest day of the year, we had a massive leak coming from our furnace, and we were in a very stressful situation--especially with our one-year-old child at home. Mark came out last minute and immediately went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issue. He didn't just do the bare minimum and leave; he took the time to make sure our unit was going to continue working properly and that we would have air conditioning for our child. His professionalism, knowledge, urgency, and genuine concern for our family really stood out. Mark could have easily treated this like just another service call, but he went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. In a situation that could have been extremely stressful, Mark gave us peace of mind. That kind of service is hard to find these days. Thank you, Mark, for going above and beyond when we needed it most. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service!

Our air conditioner is definitely on its last leg, and somehow Mark has managed to keep it running every time we've had an issue. Instead of trying to pressure us into replacing it before it's necessary, he's always taken the time to diagnose the problem, explain everything clearly, and help us get as much life out of our system as possible. We are so grateful for his expertise and integrity. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Mark does. He is always responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond to help. We also love supporting his family-owned small business because it's clear he takes pride in his work and truly values his customers. If you're looking for an honest and reliable HVAC technician, look no further. Thank you, Mark, for taking such great care of our family over the years--we appreciate you more than you know!
