Naturally I pulled over to inspect the car, and couldn't it to start at a gas station. After getting a jump I was a couple miles from an auto store I punched in when my car decided to stop running and the pedals became unresponsive. Drifting on no power on this "backroad" I turned right into the first driveway I could find, miraculously it was Quality Auto Mart. They were so caring and accommodating as they switched out my battery in hopes that was the issue, we quickly found out it was the alternator. The general manager personally drove to a surrounding store to pick up the alternator and they got it switched out in no time, for a very fair price. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of them to get me taken care of in a fast and timely manner. They truly are great people and if I lived in Batesville I would go to them for anything. My original concerns about the delay and communication were genuine, but I also believe it is important to be fair when a business takes action to make things right. I appreciate the owner reaching out personally and the shop completing the repair without charging us. I am glad the matter was ultimately resolved, and I want to acknowledge their effort to correct the situation.

Upon arrival, the lady and gentleman at the desk were friendly and welcoming. I asked for oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. Estimated wait time was about 1-1.5hrs. They had to squeeze me in due to me needing to reschedule so I wasn't too worried about waiting a bit longer. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, bathrooms were clean. At the hour mark the gentleman updated me on where they were at with my car and apologized for not having it ready. My car was completed within an hour and a half from the time I dropped it off. They didn't take advantage of me and add on stupid services I didn't need (I asked for a wheel alignment and didn't need it) and they provided me with all the paperwork for the checks they performed on the car. The few other customers waiting with me seemed to be pleased with their service and everyone was treated with respect by the employees. Prices aren't bad either, they have deals running online and have an app you can earn points on to put towards future deals. I'll definitely be returning to this location for my vehicle maintenance. I just left Frustrated as hell AGAIN! This is at least the second time they LIED to me about rotating my tires when they clearly did NOT. Another time they did NOT place 1 lug nut back on my tire (which I did not take note until I got home 20 minutes away). And THE MOST DISTURBING ISSUE was when a kind motorist pulled me over only 3/4 of a mile after leaving Quick Lane, stating my rear tire was wobbling.... When I looked, THREE, yes THREE Lug Nuts were missing and the other Three were only finger tight. If it weren't for that observant motorist, I may have been severely injured if I got onto the highway as planned in addition to avoiding significant damage to my vehicle!
