However, I couldn't be happier with First Care Heating and Air and the team who handled my full HVAC installation! Replacing an entire heating and cooling system is a major investment, and I'm so glad I chose them. I want to personally recognize Smith Baptiste, who handled my estimate; Harone and Anthony, who completed the installation; and Lucas, who also assisted during the visit on the 24th. A special thank-you to Lucas who carefully explained an issue I was having during a follow up to learn how to use my system properly. Having that attention to quality before and after the installation gave me added peace of mind. Everyone involved deserves recognition, and I truly appreciate the team effort. First Care Heating and Air has earned my highest recommendation. If you're considering an HVAC replacement, I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a call. Thank you all for a job well done!

And they have reasonable prices and more than anything else. I appreciate their honesty. I can't tell you how many times before this in our 20 year-old home we have had other services, "big name" heating and cooling service services come out and tell us that our heater was on its last lap and it wouldn't last the winter. That was over five years ago. Hobson Plumbing & Heating didn't came out and told us they can always get parts for our particular heater and it would be a minor repair if anything considering we had replaced a few things already. I can't ask for more than that. We are now on their service plan which contains evaluations on our heater, air conditioner, water softener, plumbing, Overhead, sewer, etc., throughout the year free of charge. I trust that anything that these guys do will be an honest assessment of any repairs necessary. And my neighbors can attest to that also. Because they also use their services and are very happy with them. I can't recommend this family owned business enough. With all the dishonesty regarding these kind of repair services, it's a refreshing change to see an honest family business like this one. AAA+ 5 Stars!!! Thank you.

Yep quite a few years and the reason why is that Dan stands behind his work. The reason why I tell you this is that so many repairs' guys or gals fix it and forget it. Not Dan. Over the years with AC and Heating I have had many of the issues we all have with a home. All we ask it to have a decent quote and in the end the job is done right!!! Am I right or what!!!! Not everything goes perfect on any repair or installation but if the person you are dealing with listens and responds then you have a gem and don't lose it. Currently we are dealing with one of the follow-ups as we had to have the AC removed for regrading and then reinstalled after by Dan. Well come yesterday 5/29/23 finally turned on the AC and unfortunately the house wasn't getting cool at all nada. Called Dan at 9:00 pm mind you on Memorial Day Weekend Monday and of course Dan answers. I tell him I am upset and wife is ticked and all over me. Dan says, "Greg not a problem we can be out there tomorrow on Tuesday to see what is going on. True to his word Dan had someone out to the house at 9:00am Tuesday 5/30/23. They have fixed the problem they feel (fingers crossed) but Dan reassured my wife and myself that "if it's not cooling then please to call him and they will make it right". Dan did not charge us to fix this issue and like I said tell me how many others that come out and repair do that in today's world. So, fingers crossed it will do the trick. I will update this post in a week or so but wanted all the world to know that when a MAN or WOMAN stand behind their work like Dan and A Dandy Cooling & Heating that is the true testament or work ethics and integrity that has been lost by some many in this industry. If you want to get someone that will do the work. Do it right or make it right then PLEASE can A Dandy Cooling & Heating and tell Dan that Greg's review restored your faith. The pricing was reasonable (under $300 for everything), and he had enough time to do a seasonal maintenance & cleaning of our outdoor AC unit (he washed out all of the cottonwood in the unit), performed cooling maintenance for the main system, & checked all of the wiring and controls.
