I went in to…read morerepurchase a wig that I just bought two weeks ago & after debating if I wanted to get a burgundy wig or black with the seller I decided black was best for my personal life right now with school etc. I planned to do my wig early in morning and wanted to pluck my wig tonight for a fast install before class. I purchased around 3~4pm and left without my receipt because I didn't expect any issues just for me to open my box at 11:45pm to start plucking and the wig is TTH/Butter Scotch and not color 2 as I requested and told I was purchasing so now I'm stuck between doing my hair this way or attempting to exchange later but now my hair won't be done ! This was my second time purchasing a wig at this location and this is genuinely a big inconvenience to my agenda! It's a simple mistake but wigs should be shown every time to the customer to make sure they're getting what they requested and told! Update: I went in the next morning and the same seller who I believe is the manager/owner took care of replacing the wig with no problem. They didn't have black so I took the burgundy instead but it still worked out!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would…read more As a Black woman, I have tried to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple uncomfortable experiences, I can no longer ignore what happened. The first incident involved staff closely watching another Black woman and her young child near the register. She was visibly uncomfortable and eventually left the store expressing that she felt targeted. When I addressed it, an employee attempted to dismiss the situation by offering me a small free item and quickly ushering me out. The second incident was far more serious. On Valentine's Day, I entered the store briefly to purchase hair clips. I was the only customer left inside when a female employee told me to "hold on" while speaking to another employee in another language. Shortly after, a male employee locked the doors while I was still inside the store. I was then questioned about a credit card dispute that I had absolutely no knowledge of. I am a frequent customer and had no reason to dispute any charge. I was pressured to pay and when I asked why they believed it was me, I was abruptly ushered out and the doors were locked behind me. Being locked inside a store and accused of something without explanation was frightening and deeply upsetting. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I encourage others to be aware of how they are treated
