When I say these ladies are the nicest people ever... I visit this store regularly to pick up my supplies for in-home use and to take to the salon for my lazy ass stylist to use. When I walk in, I usually have my hair pinned up and a scarf (that I bought from them) tied around my head. They aren't used to seeing me without a scarf with my hair down, so when I was in the area yesterday and waved to one of the ladies, she didn't recognize me. I said, "I usually come in with my scarf on, so you don't recognize me." She screamed, and walked over to hug me and we just laughed. Lol. It was too cute. They have a lot of variety considering their shop is on the smaller side. My big clips that I use to pin my hair up, their scarves (I own several and bought them for my mom and even my Gran), different hair brushes, hair color for me and mom, relaxer, conditioner, Dudu Osun soap - you name it, they have it and the prices are right. They are always kind and professional. The younger lady who embraced me knows I love their scarves, so she lets me know when they get new inventory and allows me to choose from what hasn't even been put on display. When I say they know their customers, they know their customers. This level of care and service is what's missing from so many businesses. The service, tbh, is why these ladies are 5-star. You can sell anything, but the way you treat your customers is everything to me. They have ALWAYS treated me well, and vice versa.

I used to stop by frequently--2 to 3 times a week because it was on the way to my salon. Today was my last visit. While I understand policies, it was frustrating because I've shown my license before and have had this same interaction multiple times. According to the website, the store opens at 12 PM, so I waited roughly 10-15 minutes before a young lady arrived to open the store. This was my first time purchasing from this business. I had heard and read many great reviews about the quality of the hair, so I decided to give it a try despite the delayed opening. After my hairstylist installed the bundles, I noticed that the longest length is constantly matting in the back. I've also experienced significant shedding and tangling with this hair, which has been very disappointing. I spent a substantial amount of money on these bundles and had high expectations for the quality.
