Excellent Roofing, Insurance Claim Assistance & Solar Vent Upgrades! Highly Recommend Jose!…read more I highly recommend Jose! He did an outstanding job with my roof ventilation system and was extremely knowledgeable about roofing, insurance claims, and solar-powered attic vents. What really impressed me is that Jose has a background in civil engineering, which makes a huge difference. My previous roof vents were improperly installed, and my electricity bills were extremely high. Jose evaluated my ventilation system, identified the problems, and redesigned the setup with upgraded solar attic vents to improve airflow and energy efficiency. The results have been amazing! My electricity bills are now significantly lower, and I couldn't be happier with the improvements. He also understands how to work with insurance companies and navigate roofing insurance claims, which is a huge advantage for homeowners. If you're looking for a trustworthy roofing in San Antonio, Tx. A professional who understands roof ventilation, solar vent installation, energy efficiency, and insurance claims, Jose is the person to call! Excellent workmanship, professional service, and real engineering knowledge. 100% recommended!

The way he presented himself and his company with so much confidence and knowledge, convinced me this was the company to replace my roof. Andres came over to do an assessment and he even did a couple of complimentary patches on some leaks I had! I appreciated this. I felt he had MY BEST INTEREST IN MIND. You dont find this in roofing companies anymore! Everyone wants to upsell and overcharge. He was very upfront and gave some suggestions on my roof. My roof was installed yesterday!! Andres and Rafael, crew lead, and the whole team gave me a beautiful new roof! Level 4 WIND AND HAIL resistant Owens Corning Storm shingles!!! Perfect for my low slope roof. BeautifuI new attic vents! I even had a new dryer vent installed on the roof!! The next time it rains, I am going to have a SOUND SLEEP!! THANK YOU JESUS! The cleanup was amazing! NOT ONE NAIL was left with their magnetic tool. They had so much tarp everywhere covering my yard, front and back and sides, while they were working. They protected and covered everything. My yard looked cleaner AFTER they left than before they started. Thank you Jose, Andres, Rafael and the whole crew for a great job!! I love my new roof!!

Where do I start? Amazing service over all!…read more I got the privilege of meeting with Chris from RR. He was so hospitable, patient, and thorough when explaining the process to me from the estimate to the actual service done at my home. I bought an older home a couple of years ago, I didn't know where to start when it came to my roof. I'm so grateful for RR. Chris and his team were so professional and worked so fast and with my schedule! Now I can scream it from my actual rooftop. "Thank you Rhino roofers for your service and dedication" I 1000/10 recommend!

I dealt with a senior sales representative named Jimmy Fountain, and his initial pitch was…read moreabsolutely amazing and unmatched. The sales manager was also extremely nice and supportive; even when I didn't buy what they were selling, he made it clear there were no hard feelings and offered to help with any future questions. Rhino seems like an amazing company when it comes to the physical work they do. However, Jimmy heavily stressed Rhino's "attention to detail," yet there were several dropped balls and inconsistencies in the back end of his pitch. For example, he boasted that Rhino relies purely on word of mouth, doesn't advertise, and keeps everyone in-house like a family without using contractors. But when I asked for a lawn sign, he told me he didn't carry them because he is a W-2 employee and only the "contractor employees" (door-to-door sales) carry them. Having door-to-door contractors completely contradicted his earlier claims. He also told me Rhino is exclusively in Texas, but I easily found reviews from out-of-state customers that were actively responded to by Rhino's director of marketing. While contractors and advertising are completely fine, the slip-ups in the pitch didn't align with the extreme attention to detail they promised. Additionally, while the presentation was top-tier, I kept looking and found an offer that severely beat Rhino's price for the exact same classifications of roofing plus more. Overall, they seem like a great roofing company, but they may not have the best prices and the sales team needs a bit more training to get their story straight.

Luis was one of three that responded to my request. He was the only one to literally get up on my roof and inspect/identify the issue that needed to be resolved. His quote clearly laid out the repairs needed and how it would resolve my problem, along with photos of his findings. The others companies that responded either never showed up and only provided a quote based on what they thought was the issue based on my description of the roof or claimed to have flown a drone over my roof, but could not provide any pictures or explanation of what I needed repaired. Luis got me scheduled and repair was completed in a week's time. They provided pictures showing the work completed and the before/after has been eye opening!
