I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

Great Doc, comfortable office and very nice staff and I didn't have to wait 6 weeks to get in Dr. Dixon sits and talks with you (not at you), listens, wants to know what's bothering you and talks you through things and provides options to resolve the situation. I was part of the discussion and could ask questions, he's rational, open and straight forward.
