I observed this as I waited over 2hrs to be seen despite having scheduled my appointment 2 months previously. She hung up on me and a licensed insurance agent. Michelle and Jackie are both discriminating against others who purchased their insurance via the Marketplace!! They don't realize that some employers purchase their plans via the Marketplace. Dr. Foxall site indicates it takes Blue Cross plans namely Blue Advantage the plan I have. I called to make my yearly appointment for a physical. Spoke with both Michelle and Jackie. They both first asked me to tell them the name on top of the card, they did not need the subscriber number or group number just the name. They both asked me where I purchased my insurance. This is when they told me I could not see my doctor because I bought insurance from the Marketplace and they do NOT accept it. I said to them, why does it matter where I purchased my insurance your website clearly states you accept Blue Advantage. Bad office. They are terrible. I hope the doctor is unaware and isn't encouraging it. I hope the licensing agency looks into these two employees because they are discriminating against us.

I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

I am not sure what all of their duties entail but I can say that they are always incredibly busy, with outstanding customer service at all times. I had a hard time typing the words "Customer Service" because they make me feel like family. Also... check in is a breath of fresh air compared to most other clinics. Amber and Robbie embrace you and get ya signed in and warmly seated with a sweet smile. There is never a wait so very shortly you get called back weighed, vitals taken , etc, all done quickly and with utmost respect. Again NO WAIT....then,IN A FLASH There is a knock at the door and in walks your provider!!!! Every Single Time!!! Bonus is that urgent care is right there, they have their own lab too!!! They take most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. I cannot emphasize enough how great the front desk staff is. Also no one gets referrals done as fast as these guys do. They're fast professional and on the ball. They make you feel like they understand. I have been there in extreme pain and simply their eye contact and tone of voice has calmed me down. I am so grateful they are here. Again there is never a wait... Please acknowledge Robbie and Amber of the front desk with a HUGE RAISE and a PROMOTION along with that please give them an all expense paid vacation with their families to the destination of their choice. I have been a patient of Wilmington Health for the last year and needed to be seen by a doctor by internal medicine for the first time for a matter that was urgent. Her nurse and her knew I had not been seen by her before. They scheduled my appointment for two weeks out as a virtual visit that I specifically waited for so I could be seen by a doctor instead of physician assistant. 1 1/2 minutes before my virtual visit after I already had confirmed my appointment THREE separate times and already was in the waiting room on camera to talk to the doctor, they called me and told me Dr Daum was choosing to cancel my appointment since her nurse forgot to send me the paperwork to fill out in advance and they did not want to send me it over email so I could fill it out quickly. I told them I was in pain and had been suffering and waiting for two weeks and was already in the meeting! They said they would do nothing for me and my appointment was cancelled and Dr Daum refused to see me. Their mistake on providing me the paperwork to fill out and she REFUSED to help me or see me for my scheduled appointment. She would not even speak with me on the phone when I asked her nurse to please let me talk to the doctor.
