Very good doctor. He is very thorough. Try him. I went to him once and he was able to pinpoint my problem.

I spent many months working through pain management and scheduling appointments with an orthopedic…read moreback surgeon from Conway . This surgeon told me he has to team up with a general MB surgeon to preform the back surgery that he felt was necessary for my condition having L4L5 damage and nerve pain. I suffered for a year with the pain and needed to have the surgery as soon as possible since the infections no longer helped but his partner felt since I was 47 ponds over weight I should loose the weight through by having additional weight loss Surgery! prior to my back surgery. Crazy ! I went to Dr Giddens who did my surgery successfully with no problems, no complications and I'm pain free ! Dr Giddens is above 5 stars . I love this Dr

He took enough time with me, and I felt satisfied with my appointment. He performed the procedure, and it went text-book perfect. One of my appointments was cancelled by his office, and it took about a month to reschedule me. His P.A. Amy was also very thorough and addressed any questions or concerns I had. The office workers were kind and polite. I had no issues in this office. Dr. Giddens is a direct doctor, perhaps not the handholding type, (I have family for that), but he cares and he does a great job. He is in demand, because he does his job well. I am so glad he was available for my care and I am eternally grateful for the results.

This office is an absolute joke. I was referred by a doctor who believed I had narcolepsy and Dr…read more Torres thought the same so she had me do a sleep study in June. After the study, my appointment to get my results was pushed back (twice) nearly two months later and I was not able to have my results sent to another doctor. I was told the results were inconclusive so I had to do the sleep study again. I am a student and needed a weekend but they had none available so I finally scheduled my study for a week day in November and had to skip class and take off work. Four weeks prior, I called the main office and spoke with Angie to update my insurance. I learned when I arrived at my appointment that the insurance information had not been updated because apparently the two offices do not communicate with each other. Angie said she had told me to call that office which is absolutely not true. Today I spoke with someone to tell her what had happened and that I was upset. She apologized for "my bad experience" but still made me feel like the whole event was my fault and did not have any answers to my questions. What's even worse is the insurance that I had originally filed was still on my paperwork and no one called to let me know my study would not be covered so clearly they didn't attempt to get pre-authorization or assumed I was happy to spend the $1200. I was instructed to discontinue my Adderall for a week prior to my appointment so the week was incredibly difficult for me; without my medication, I fall asleep in public, am often too tired to drive, and can't focus on school or work. This whole experience has been awful. Not to mention the receptionist has been rude at every visit. I've been dealing with sleep issues for a long time and started seeking help in May 2018. I still have not received a diagnosis and am not getting the treatment I need. I'm upset that the staff wasn't willing to accept any responsibility and made me feel like an idiot for assuming that they would be prepared for my visit.
