Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

I have been a patient of Wilmington Health for the last year and needed to be seen by a doctor by internal medicine for the first time for a matter that was urgent. Her nurse and her knew I had not been seen by her before. They scheduled my appointment for two weeks out as a virtual visit that I specifically waited for so I could be seen by a doctor instead of physician assistant. 1 1/2 minutes before my virtual visit after I already had confirmed my appointment THREE separate times and already was in the waiting room on camera to talk to the doctor, they called me and told me Dr Daum was choosing to cancel my appointment since her nurse forgot to send me the paperwork to fill out in advance and they did not want to send me it over email so I could fill it out quickly. I told them I was in pain and had been suffering and waiting for two weeks and was already in the meeting! They said they would do nothing for me and my appointment was cancelled and Dr Daum refused to see me. Their mistake on providing me the paperwork to fill out and she REFUSED to help me or see me for my scheduled appointment. She would not even speak with me on the phone when I asked her nurse to please let me talk to the doctor. She is a DISGRACE of a doctor and I'll be making sure everyone in Wilmington stays clear of her. What a selfish woman!
