I've had lower back pain for a year and had orthopedic and GP care with no results. Now with Graybar for 6 weeks and I'm remarkably better--most of the time I have no pain--and I'm constantly improving. I'm 62, in reasonably good health and cannot recommend this practice more highly. I never post reviews on Yelp but this team has improved my quality of life.

Ah yes welcome to the alternative medical industry. You are welcomed by pictures of miracles in the…read morelobby. Inspiring you think. You talk to a couple of the doctors and do x-rays. Then you're invited to come back in two days to read the x-rays. When you make a trip back then the sales pitch comes. $4000 or nothing. Sign up for the whole program or nothing. Just be aware, going here is like buying a used car. In the initial presentation you are told it'll be a couple hundred dollars a month. Sure if you use financing. The truth is they're trying to sell you a program upwards of $4000. You commit to multiple visits in signing one contract. I think I will stick to legit doctors who allow me to come one session at a time, and give me the freedom to cancel. This is so obviously about obtaining large sums of money upfront from each client.

He is extremely nice, relatable, and able to make his clients feel at ease, which is important in a chiropractor. He was able to give me a clear explanation of the problem I was having, took the time to listen to my frustrations, answered all my questions, and set me up on a care plan that has greatly reduced my symptoms and put me on the road to recovery. He also gave me a special seat rest that allows me to sit on my injured sacroiliac joint pain-free for the first time in several months. Some chiropractors can be a little "out-there" when it comes to more holistic medicine, but Tim is definitely the perfect blend of scientific and compassionate. Can't recommend this practice highly enough! The office staff are very nice too.
