After the initial repair, I ended up having to purchase a brand-new radiator through them--something I had never had an issue with before the transmission work. I've now had the car back a second time, and I'm still dealing with problems. At this point, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the way this situation has been handled. I expected the car to be properly repaired after spending the money I did, not to leave the shop with additional problems. I also had an experience with the owner that I found to be racist and completely unacceptable. That alone is enough for me to say I will never do business here again. Not only are they friendly and professional, they are very fair in pricing and know what they're doing. They always take time to talk with you and explain what the problem is in detail, answer any questions you have and offer suggestions on how to make the problem better and what to look out for in the future. I still have a lot I want to do with my car to get it back in tip top shape, performance wise, and I'm happy to have found a place I feel confident will take care of my car and that I can trust to not take advantage of me.
