I've personally used the services of this place in the past. This is another one of the get in and get out fast oil change places! Their main competitor is Ultra Lube located on the opposite side of town. Other facilities also do oil changes and filter changes but a lot of those require an early arrival time or an appointment! This is a quality shop and no appointments are necessary for oil and filter service! I will undoubtedly use this place again. Possibly in the near future!

You will vac and towel dry your vehicle yourself. I don't always feel like doing all of that! Cruisers advertises and encourages customers to inspect their cars or trucks and to make comments to the people finishing up your vehicle if you'd like something touched up or missed by the detail guy. I tried requesting a touch up on a place that was missed. I got a bit of animosity from the attendant! It appears that he wasn't up to hearing any suggestions from me. I let it go and gave him a good tip anyway. The people here do work very hard and under trying conditions! All said and done I did get a good car wash for my money!

It took over 30 minutes to finish my vehicle. All 3 guys drying vehicles stood around talking to each other while the cars sat there and us 3 customers watching them. They were passing around cigarettes. I will not be going back there, nor will my wife or adult kids. The store prices seemed reasonable and not at all out of line with other retailers on the local I-85 corridor. A prominent local person had a big problem them though. He bought gas with his debit card and was charged the credit card prices. It made our local newspaper. There's a cash price here and a higher credit card price for credit cards when purchasing gas. It's debatable whether debit cards are the same as cash. The store owner stood his ground and still has cash/ credit card prices posted. After all; it's the owners store and he can legally charge whatever he wants to price wise.
