My dog escaped from inside the van and took off running in our neighborhood. According to my…read morehusband who was there at the time, Kelly told him that she put him inside the van and somehow got out of his leash( don't know if it was our own personal leash or the leash in the van) and took off running in our neighborhood. Apparently she closed the door BUT NOT ALL THE WAY and he maneuvered by using his snout to open the door. We are grateful that she was able to catch him because he was pooping at that moment, but if it would have been another ending of her not being able to catch him and loosing him, this wouldn't have been good. After this incident, I don't know if I can trust this service anymore. Just wanting to put this review on their Yelp page so that future and present customers will be able to know to make sure that whoever is taking care of their pup is safe and secured. Ontop of that, he was a little damp and apparently Kelly told my husband that it was the perfume. I don't think perfume would make the fur "damp".

We chatted briefly and I let Kyla know I wanted every service available for my baby. She did not try to upsell services, even though I would've gladly agreed. EL & Kyla went to the grooming area and I set myself up in the waiting area to watch a movie on my IPad. Did I mention they have free guest Wi-Fi? I was also offered beverages several times and checked on to make sure I was well and comfy. The entire staff was friendly & so we're most of the clients. One client even sat and chatted with me while he enjoyed a nice flute of champs. I snuck peaks at my baby girl who looked pleasantly relaxed each time I played spy. It looked like a total spa day for her. When I knew she was almost done I went to the nearby market. I was completely unmissed because when I came back my little girl was still happily vibing with her new friend. I saw people use the self service wash which looked amazingly stocked. I usually self wash my baby somewhere else, but decided she was at a point where we would both benefit from a real groomer. So glad we did. When all was said and done Elli looked amazing! Her double coat was fully blown out! Shiny shiny shiny! Her nails were beautifully trimmed. She came out happy, bandanad, bowed and bedazzled! Total love this for her. If I could give zero stars to this place I would. I called before hand is they do nail trimming…read moreonly as I enjoy giving my dog a bath. But nail trimming gives both my fur baby and I anxiety. They said and I asked "how much", they said $20. That's a reasonable amount considering. I get there, there were no seats to wait. Not one person greeted me as they went about doing their business. The waiting/standing room area was about a 4 feet by 5 feet open space right in front of the entrance. A man came with shears and I was thinking that they would take my dog inside, but no!! This man positioned himself To start cutting while he told me to hold the leash. Of course my dog would react as she looked up at me asking for help. First snip, he cuts the quick and yells for a lady to bring whatever powder they use to stop the bleeding. Second snip, and then more snipping. Cut the quick 4 FOUR times. No remorse no comforting my dog. Just snipped and dipped for the bleeding. This happened right in front of the door where another man was standing while I also stood and held the leash. Guy said "done". I asked "are you not going to file them coz they're rough?" And he replied "no" turned away and walked inside. Here's the kicker - this place is CASH ONLY!!! The sign was not even noticeable until the girl pointed it to me when I was handing her my debit card. They took my dog inside as I needed to get cash. Why didn't they take her in when trimming the nails? Of course they took her inside for security thinking I would skip out on paying them $20. This was the worst experience for me and my dog.
