Their customer service is also horrible:( Sucks because I bought a monthly membership and really wanted to enjoy it. But now that I've been trying to cancel it, I've left multiple voicemails and haven't gotten a single call back. I don't recommend bringing your business here, there are many other Pilates studios that are worth the money, and you can actually get a good workout in from.

If you…read moredo waitlist, make sure you put your life on hold so when they accept you in the middle of the night while you're sleeping, you make sure you go so you don't have to cancel and be charged. The instructor's are mediocre at best, do yourself a favor and go to the other studio in Prosper where they know what they are doing. Oh and make sure if you have questions you're ready to wait for answers. Apparently the staff has no idea how to answer anything, you have to wait days to hear from the owners. If you sign their contract, you can't even change your plan for the first 90 days. I get not canceling but save yourself the headache when you find out how terrible the classes/instructors are and just don't.

Tried to contact several times to cancel. No answer. Kept charging me monthly fee $49.00…read more Only went there 3 times. Room too small to stretch out without touching wall to wall and I'm only 5'6". Was supposed to provide a new mat with my membership , gave me one to borrow, Nevewss attendant to exchange the used on for a new one . A new one cost $99 and you supposed to only use their mats.

All of the instructors are very friendly and they ask if anyone has injuries or any areas of concern before they start the class. Also, each instructor has an individual program. Each instructor customizes a program and associated music for the content they have scheduled. What I like is that each class is different and it challenges my body and it makes me more aware of my movement during the class and ultimately my results. Well done team!! Namaste.

Before…read morecommitting, we specifically asked about freezing memberships, since I was caring for my mother with stage 4 cancer. They assured us we could freeze at any time. Unfortunately, just one week later I had an emergency appendectomy, so we froze our membership. Three months after that, I needed back surgery--and this time, they refused to freeze it. Instead, they told us to quit because it "wasn't worth" paying $25 a month to hold the membership. We were still charged for the following month and lost all of those classes. On top of that, even when we tried to book classes, most were already full, making it extremely difficult to use the membership we were paying for. One of our very first classes was accidentally booked as one of the hardest levels. We didn't know, and no one guided us. Instead of supporting us, the instructor called me out in front of everyone, embarrassed me, and then went to the front desk to yell at the staff member--again, in front of my husband and other clients. This studio is not about helping people--they're all about money. Between the lack of compassion, unprofessional behavior, and the difficulty of even getting into classes, this was a deeply disappointing experience.

The way my account was handled during lockdown and subsequently after is unacceptable. I had a credit on my account, I was not refunded, my account was canceled without my knowledge and then this location had a turnover of quite a few people and suddenly no one knows anything about how I was told my account would be rectified - they just stopped responding. Completely unacceptable for something that was beyond my control - a global pandemic. Way to take advantage of a loyal client, Club Pilates.

The cockroaches I referred to in a previous review were NOT fake cockroaches. There was one fake…read moreone as a prank which was funny - I do have a sense of humor. I killed three more today during my 50 minute class. One in the bathroom and two in the studio near my reformer. My name is posted on this review and yet no one from the studio has bothered to call me. We have complained in person at the studio and it seems that the only way to get someone to respond is by leaving a review. As far as the leather repair tape being a short term fix, please define what a short term fix is? Is it months? The reformers that were "fixed" have been in need of repair for months. Those holes in multiple reformers didn't pop up over night. I am glad to hear that you will be cleaning the studio but again, that has been needed for months. More importantly, it should be happening daily by a cleaning staff given the amount of people you have each day with there being at least one deep clean each week where everything is thoroughly scrubbed. Any reason for the toilet paper shortage?? This also seems to be an ongoing struggle.

The girls are welcoming and friendly inside and outside of the studio. I love the community here and the exclusive boutique feel. The workouts are always great too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
