He even left it on a bit of a cliff hanger, so we can resume the story where we left off when we come back! 10/10 experience. Jacob and Lee are fun as they run the board game league. They also have casual play night on Tuesdays where people are welcome to come and play games for free. Available games to play are downstairs. They are attached to a Mexican food restaurant so there are sometimes food smells that waft in to the game side, but it is not bad. If you come for game nights you are welcome to bring your own food as long as its not messy. I recommend you bring your own drink as there isn't fountain as part of the store. They have a pretty good selection of games.

There is so much stuff here that in places it feels less a retail store and more like someone's stored collection. Hastur suits my gaming needs just fine and with MUCH friendlier people.

I am far from offended, if I had heard it at the game tables I would not have thought twice about it, but from an employee, on the clock, that is sad and unprofessional. They definitely do participate in price gouging their customers. Unfortunately that is pretty normal for the industry. They have an ok selection of rares and a poor following for magic so if you come in at the beginning of a set there is a decent chance of you being able to buy the singles you are looking for.
