Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.
