We requested a replacement for the large (approximately 7-foot square) front window of our house…read more The view from this window is out to the Organ Mountains and is one of the main reasons we selected this house to buy. It had been constructed of three separate double-paned sections, with two dividers between the sections. Over the years, the center section had developed a leak between its panes, and had degraded considerably, leaving a very murky and unattractive overall view. We interviewed different local companies for repair / replacement, but we we could not arrive at an acceptable plan that balanced quality and cost---until we sat down and talked at length with Window World's representative. He was very knowledgeable about all the elements of windows, the concerns we had about climate-related features for desert homes, and reasonable price-ranges for our budget. In the end, we chose a single, double-paned window that allowed an unobstructed view, with specially tempered and internally buffered glass appropriate for the desert. As this was a large, specialty window, we were advised that the glass would require several weeks to arrive. This was the case, but we were updated during that time about the arrival time. The glass arrived during the week they had identified, so we set up a time and day for the installation. The installers arrived on time, and set about expeditiously. They were very professional and polite in all of the exchanges we had during that time. They also detached, and then re-installed, the window shades. The result was a new, very attractive window that achieved the kind of view we had envisioned. We were very satisfied with the quality of the window, the professionalism of the Window World staff we had encountered, and the manner in which they listened carefully to our expectations. Of course, this is still early in the time since installation (about two months), but the warranties appear solid, and, should something fail in the window, we would expect the similar "get-it-done" attitude that we received on the front end of this transaction. With that proviso, we would highly recommend Window World.

We made a few adjustments and he walked us every step of the way. Thank you Marco. Sincerely. Install date came, the crew was in and out. Lead installer David walked us through what was going to happen. We couldn't believe they were done in a day. The difference compared to our existing windows is WOW!! Absolutely love them. Thank you Marco and Window World team. Great decision

Title: Avoid This Contractor - Unprofessional & Poor Workmanship…read more I hired Isack Berg through Angi for a home improvement project, and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. The project began on November 12, 2024, and was supposed to be completed by December 24, 2024--but the contractor continuously pushed back deadlines, delivered subpar work, and ignored major issues. To make matters worse, he gave two new, unvetted workers the keys to my house, and they trashed my home. I had to kick them out after weeks of negligence. I begged them to fix my home, having already paid $22,000 plus $4,500 in materials, but they simply did not care. I gave them numerous chances. When Isack finally returned on January 20 for a walkthrough to assess the damages his workers caused, he ignored my messages for days--only replying on January 26 to say he'd come on January 27. After working for just six hours, he disappeared again, with no calls or updates from January 28-30. He constantly blames me and his workers for everything that's wrong, rather than taking responsibility. If he truly wanted to fix these issues, he would show up and communicate. I can not allow him or his crew back in my home. I am scared who he shares my house keys with. I have no respect nor trust in this company and the people that run it. Key Problems: Missed Deadlines & No-Shows - The contractor repeatedly failed to show up as scheduled and ignored my messages for days. Poor Workmanship - The walls and ceilings were improperly skim-coated and are now cracking. The roof was left incomplete, exposing my home to potential damage. Electrical Issues - No lights installed in my spare bathroom or great room, and my laundry room has been unusable for over three months. Out-of-Pocket Repairs - I had to spend $450 to fix a rotting front window sill, and I am still dealing with additional issues. Despite my repeated efforts to work with them, this contractor refused to correct the problems and showed zero accountability. Installation was on time, and craftsmanship was top-notch. They also have a great stucco guy in case your stucco needs to be re-patched after installation.
