I purchased a key remote for my car and was given a quote over the phone for under $200 but when the guy got to my house he told me it will cost me $300. I told him "that was not the price I was told" and " I can get it for less and I'll wait" but I still had to pay him $15 for coming out. so I called the rep back and told her about the situation. I get a call back saying they will charge me $190, I can just pay $175. I had my key remote for 2 months and it fell apart and my car would not start without being intact. I went back to get it repaired and was told I must of dropped it. My remote was not dropped not one time. I've had my original remote for 4yrs and dropped it a few times and still today its intact. Then I was told by the owner there is NO WARRANTY on the remotes and I had to pay $50 to get it fixed. I told him " I DON'T THINK SO!" I'M NOT PAYING ANOTHER DIME FOR POOR QUALITY REMOTES!" Moyed is a fantastic locksmith and incredible human being!! On the night of Super Bowl, I locked myself out of my apartment. I called We Do Locksmith to schedule a locksmith to open my door. Moyed picked up the job and had agree to meet me at my apartment at mid night. Mid night is the company's closing hour. Because of the Super bowl, I wasn't able to get a ride home on time to meet Moyed. I asked Moyed to pick me and my wife up near the stadium to return home to have the lock opened. Despite heavy traffic, road closures, and crazy fans activities. Moyed managed to pick us up and unlocked my apartment. The entire job took him two hours while he was performing the job overtime. I called to get a quote and the owner called me back immediately with a firm quote. I went to his store to get my fob (that I purchased online) for my car programmed. He had difficulty programming my fob. A job that should have taken less than 10 minutes took over 1 hour. It was determined that the fob that I bought online was defective. The locksmith gave me a working fob from his shop. He took my defective fob and told me that we would take care of it. He with above an beyond to fix my problem, that was not his. I would recommend this company to anyone needing fobs programmed. They do not stop until you are satisfied. BTW - I was there in the office for some time. I lost my car key and had to get a replacement set made ASAP. My Google search said We Do Locksmith was the closest place. I called over to get a quote before I headed that direction. From the moment I called they were the most friendly people, and they have the best customer service. They confirmed which city I was in, and were waiting at the door. I had a very bad day. The last I needed was to see my truck key was missing. I was grumpy and tired. When I first called, the technician called back within minutes. I used We Do Locksmith on 11/17/2017 and Kero came to repair my front door lock. Lock was a 21 year old Baldwin (they do not make such great and beautiful locks today) which was broken and would not lock. Kero, the serviceman, repaired broken pin and other fixed other problems with the old lock and made it operate just like new. He was professional, efficient, and did extras such as lubricating the lock and door hinges. and cleaning the lock itself. A second hand Honda I bought had come with a non oem key fob, and after a month of ownership it stopped letting me start the engine. I called and made an appointment for the same day, Miguel came out and determined the issue, cut me a new key with a proper fob, and the programmed it to the ecu, fixing the issue.
