If they don't have it in stock when you show up or when you call, they'll order it and let you know when it arrives. After they cut the key, they'll even program the key to make sure it works for you and all of this at a fraction of price of a dealership (2 flip keys cut and programmed ~ $275 compared to ~$400+ for 1 key cut and programmed at a dealer).
