I had an excellent experience with Moses! I needed a replacement key fob, and he was able to fit me in the same day and had my new key fob made and programmed in about 20 minutes. After calling several other locksmiths, Moses had by far the fairest and most reasonable price. He was also extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. His shop was clean, and I noticed he had quite a few regular customers, which I think says a lot about the service he provides. It's not often you find someone who is dependable, trustworthy, responsive, and fair all in one place. I highly recommend Moses to anyone who needs a locksmith for any reason. You may very well find your lifelong locksmith here! read more

Yesterday I was having a problem with the lock on my sliding door. I put out a request on yelp for someone who could do a repair or replacement. I received a couple of responses. iMLocksmith responded quickly. He asked for photos of the current lock. He responded that he could do the job and would be at my home between 10 and 12 noon. He arrived shortly after 10. I think we both thought this was going to be an easy fix, but it was not. He ended up spending a lot more time to get this thing fixed because the lock was not catching. He persevered until he got it right. I did not mind paying above the quoted amount because of all the time he spent to get the job done correctly. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Great service. Dedicated to figure out a complex issue. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

This was the best locksmith experience I ever had! Moshe was as on time, he got there before I did and waited in the rain for me. He had the best price online and only charged me a few extra dollars to pay by card. It took him less than three minutes to get the lock open with no damage to my hardware. Great job Moshe! I hope I don't get locked out again, but if I do, I'm calling IMLocksmith Inc read more

I lost the keyring with both my car keys and house keys on it, so I called IM Locksmiths this morning about 9:30AM. Moses was here within an hour. He was able to rekey my car based on the serial number and he made 2 keys for my house. I was prepared for a shocking bill, but the total cost was $200 which I thought was very reasonable. Also, the door of my house was not closing properly. You had to slam it to make it close. Moses fixed it for me at no charge while he was installing the lockset on the door. It now closes smoothly and I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks Moses! If you need a good locksmith at a reasonable price, call IM Locksmith at 727-346-5573! read more

I have used this service several times now. They are so responsive & honest. Their rates are reasonable. At one property they replaced a combo lock the same day I called. They also fixed the lock on my camper. At my own home, they had to replace a lockbox that had frozen. Moses, the owner, is a really good man. All of this was done when I was out of town. He's my go-to guy for sure! read more

Arrived in a flash when I locked myself out of my home. Professional, nice man. Would use them again!

Highly recommend! Amazing service, great work, very reasonably priced, and same-day turnaround (was able to come out about half an hour after we called which was awesome). Addressed a key stuck in a lock, creating keys for a door we had no keys for, new hardware for a door that wouldn't unlock, and fixing a lock that wouldn't lock (yes, we had quite the laundry list with our new but old house!) - and even helped us figure out what keys were what. Will use these guys again for sure if the need should arise. Moses is a very nice guy who does a very good job. read more

I have called Moses twice, once to rekey all my locks and once when I locked myself out. Both time he has been very quick to respond, polite, efficient, and reasonably priced. Moses arrived on time, was quick in rekeying four exterior locks, gave me helpful feedback about locks on a sliding glass door, and showed me the mechanism on very old interior doors that I mistakenly thought had no locks. He also returned to correct an issue at no extra cost. The ultimate total amount for services accurately reflected the original quote. I'll definitely use this business again when the need arises. read more

Couldn't have been happier with the company I chose to rekey all our locks. Mosh is the owner and made a fabulous first impression. He responded instantly to my request, provided me with a very fair and competitive price and was at our home only an hour after finishing an appt on Snell Isle. He is a true professional with excellent people skills. I felt comfortable to leave him on his own as he rekeyed 9 doors. I highly recommend him and I have unusually high standards. read more

I needed a spare key for my Camry and these laser cut keys can be tricky if cutting from a well used key. I had to call Moses back to get things 100% usable for me. I would say he is about wizard level with his craft. He performed a diagnostic and cut another key which functioned much better. He is very polite and on time within reason and he is not arrogant. All details are explained in as much detail as you wish. Call his number direct since the yelp quote app does not work. The charge for the recall was zero. Excellent man. read more

Quote on Yelp led me to book them for a sliding door issue. After a one week postponement by the company, the quote came in $65 higher than it should have. The guy who fixed the door was nice. After receiving feedback from the owner, I should elaborate. The service fee was $35, this was not incorporated into labor cost on the project, rather was in addition to it. Our locksmith was here for 45 minutes and the labor (including service fee) totaled $134. That is certainly high for a locksmith. We had a bathroom door lock closed on us and rather than order a Kwikset key pack on Amazon for $5, I figured we'd have the locksmith do it. He charged $30 for less than a minute of work. It's his prerogative to do so, but much how a good mechanic does small stuff for free, it's simply good business not to exploit something so minor. Totaling the $35 appearance fee with the $30 to quickly open a bathroom door, I came to my $65 amount from earlier in my review. Update: The owner reached out again and refunded a portion of the invoice. I appreciate the proactive response. read more

The other reviews are right. I contacted this company earlier today to inquire about a locksmith to come out and do a job for us. The response was quick, the quote was reasonable and the turn around time was excellent. My locksmith arrived exactly in the timeframe he said he would, gave me a text update on his arrival time, had the job done in a short time and was extremely professional and personable. 10/10 would hire him again. read more
