Amazingly responsive. We have AAA and the timeline kept moving back by 30+ minutes. Our mother in law locked her keys in her vehicle with her Pomeranian in the vehicle. We recently purchased a home and needed the locks changed, I turned to Yelp for advice...I mean if you're choosing someone to provide security for your family you shouldn't mess around! I sent a message on a Sunday via Yelp messages and they responded almost immediately! We agreed that I would call back Monday as they were closed and my situation was not urgent. Monday morning I called and they had someone out the next day who was able to change all my locks with ZERO HASSLE and it only took him a short amount of time. They're prices are quite reasonable too!. I really liked it when the gentleman who did the work made sure to tell me that he was giving me the original keys and that he did not have any copies...you assume that's the case, but I liked that he said it. He tried to contact a locksmith he knew within 10-15 minutes from me to get to me sooner and they told him they got my request and didn't bother to respond due to being located on the base. Diego at VIP REALLY came to our rescue last night. We locked ourselves out from our bottom lock of our house around 8:40pm. I couldn't find a locksmith initially to help. But then I called VIP and they had Diego call me quickly. In under 25 minutes he was at my house and got me back in within seconds. The only grief I had to deal with was that from my wife for forgetting the house keys when we walked the dogs before bed. You didn't know this, but the locksmith industry is cutthroat. Competing businesses have no shame in viciously scalping business from each other, and will go to great pains to do so. Try calling around, and they will ask your address and trap you into a ridiculous rate that you didn't consent to. These businesses actively plan ways to sabotage and steal leads from each other. Yesterday morning my neighbor accidentally got locked out of the house with no cellphone and something cooking on the stove. She knocked on my door at 8:00 to borrow my phone and call a family member. When no family was available, we called VIP and explained the situation. I was a bit skeptic after a failed attempt by Batteries Plus worker to program my aftermarket remote key bought on Amazon, but not for long.The locksmith guy whose name I have forgotten called and said he will be at my home after he is done servicing 2 customers, in approximately 40 minutes.
