I sent a message on a Sunday via Yelp messages and they responded almost immediately! We agreed that I would call back Monday as they were closed and my situation was not urgent. Monday morning I called and they had someone out the next day who was able to change all my locks with ZERO HASSLE and it only took him a short amount of time. Diego at VIP REALLY came to our rescue last night. We locked ourselves out from our bottom lock of our house around 8:40pm. I couldn't find a locksmith initially to help.
