This guy wanted $45 ? Said because it was laser cut ?? Well, all the key machine are laser cut machines today ? This perhaps should cost at the very most about $15 or $20 tops for parts and service. I personally think this kind of "screw people out of money when can get away with it", is not worthy of doing business with them. They were fair enough to move forward with, now I just had to pick a date. Present day; I have an appointment and no one is following up with me. I call the office and a technician is to call back...opps a miss the call and 10 mins later I call back to inquire if we are still set. Rudely he replied "no you didnt answer so I moved on." No text, no voicemail, like dude have you heard of spam calls ? Identify yourself! We end up rescheduling and he shows up. I purchased what ended up being a shell not the actual fob and respectively the price was more for them to acquire one. Cool. However, there was a service fee for the job being rendered and if we decided to purchase their fob the fee would be applied to the balance. There was no price transparency, on the website, nor verbally mentioned to me of said fee. Naturally, Id be cautious because these are independent contractors, so is this legit? I call management, not to complain but to confirm and Efy raised his tone, and through customer service etiquette right out the window. Repeatedly saying that it was my fault and on me for purchasing the wrong one, not on them. Clearly not hearing my concerns about the charge and clearly fed up with the back and forth that we had experienced with the rescheduling. He even threatened to cancel my service and refund the money, however, because it was cash hr just followed up with the technician about the Fob being in stock and confirming à rescheduling. Ultimately the job got done but at more then a monetary cost. I felt belittled, and mistreated, very disappointed in their business

Middle Eastern guy answers the phone and tells you he'll dispatch someone and they'll call you in a few minutes. 20 min goes by with no call. You call back to figure out WTF is going on and he finally gets someone on the phone who tells you he'll be there in 15-30min. 47 min later no call no show so you call the original number listed back,which is obviously a cell and they send you straight to voice mail. Call back, same sh$t again. You give up and call a real business like Pop a Lock and they send someone out right away. Meanwhile 2 hours goes by and long after you've already been let in your house, made a spare key by your guy and eaten a fuc&$ing sandwich these guys call you and say "I'm almost there, what is your address again?" Laughable business honestly. Not sure what to tell these folks to help them out other than read up on American expectations for businesses. Remember I was locked out and you said 15-30 min...
