He took the box outside used a crowbar and poped it open within 30 seconds to 1 minute. No kidding. It only had a latch for a key and no bars across as he thought it would. He only charged me $15 service call but $160 to pop it opened. On the bill it was call a Sade Lockout Grade 1 whatever or however that justifies the cost I do not know. I was floored but paid for my mistake but I don't want anyone else to fall into this same situation.
