Pasco Locksmith Service - Also odd that the typing style, (no punctuation, etc) is the same style of the text message he sent me.

Before I told him I would be posting a negative review, he only had one 1 star review from over 3 years ago. Seems odd that all of the sudden a 5 star rating would be posted a few hours after I told him I'd be leaving a bad review. In my opinion, not only is this guy extremely rude, but it appears he is dishonest as well. Didn't look at reviews before I called, but now see why they are 1 star. I bought a used car on a Saturday. On Sunday, I wanted to get a spare key cut. I looked up locksmiths in the area because the Home Depot didn't have the blank in stock. According to Google, this locksmith was listed as being open, so I called. I assume it was the owner that answered. I explained what I was trying to have done, and he cut me off and said, "What kind of locksmith shop do you think is going to be open on a Sunday?" it stunned me at first, but I said, "That's the reason I'm calling. To find out if you're open before I drove up...." He cut me off again and said, "We're open for emergency calls, but what type of locksmith shop do you think is going to be open on a Sunday?" I again replied, "That's why I was calling to find out, but you don't have to be rude..." Then he hung up the phone on me before I could even get the word "rude" out. He was very condescending and rude. All he had to say was, "Our storefront shop is closed on Sundays, and we're only open for emergency calls." (Again, on Google they were listed as being open). I would have said, "Ok, no problem. I will try to get in when your storefront is open." Just based on the condescending rudeness and attitude of the owner, I don't even want to find out what their service is like. They will never be getting any business from me. UPDATE: I called at 10am. I texted him to let him know I would be leaving a negative review. 2 hours later, he texted back being rude again. He said I was out of my mind for thinking a locksmith store would be opened on a Sunday, and that I was being unreasonable. Apparently to this business owner, it is unreasonable to call and ask if they are open when they are listed as being open on their Google info page. I now see why the other reviewer commented about the owner being extremely rude as well. I will patronize another small locksmith business that doesn't treat potential customers like they are a bother, and literally refer to them as being crazy.
