Lost keys to the truck. All Safe Locksmith was out promptly. They were very professional and created a new key fob. Carmine JR. was fast and efficient at programing a key for my Fiat 500e auto when no else within a hundred miles including the auto dealer who sold me the replacement key had that capability. First of all, NEVER lose your car keys! Today's keys are little miracles, with the chip to help prevent car theft, and the built-in remote. I'm now wishing they had GPS on them so you could track them down! I know they make GPS key fobs and I'm seriously considering getting one to attach to our NEW set of keys! Carmine had to order the proper key, which took a few days. That was okay. I was surprised anyone but a Jaguar dealer would be able to duplicate our key! We had called Jaguar and were quoted a price quite a bit higher than what All Safe quoted. Plus we'd had to pay to tow the vehicle from Brooksville to Tampa. No good.... The new keys arrived in a couple of days(we wanted two made). Carmine came right out to a) open the car door, b) cut the new keys, and c) program the new key remote. I was surprised at the amount of computerized equipment it took to get all of this accomplished. All Safe has the right tools and I'm sure they were not cheap! In a very short period of time, Carmine had two keys made, the car started with the a/c cooling it down for us. We were so thankful! If you need it done, call All Safe. Poor communication. Asked if they can program a key fob. Said yes $50. Bring to us at this time. No problem. As soon as I get there, $50 up front. And Cash ONLY. What legitimate company demands cash up front? And why $50 up front? Because if fob doesn't work we get paid. "My equipment never fails." Understandable but say so up front. I ask how much are your fobs? $120. They made it clear that they were expecting my fob not to work and that theirs are available for $120. I don't have a problem with the policy but they waited for me to come there, spend my time and did not mention it on phone. borderline scam-ish feeling. Just tell people up front so we can decide whether if we want to waste our time coming or not. read more
