I talked with him on the phone in the morning, he listened(for about 10 minutes), without interruption, and made some suggestions to me. (at this point I'm not a customer, just a phone call) After going through those suggestions, I called him again, ran some ideas by him, and we agreed on a possible solution. My neighbor in Brooksville has a 2001 VW Beetle he bought for his granddaughters first car. Only had one chip key for the car. He went to the vw dealer in Port Richey and a locksmith. dealer had him so confused and said they don't sell the keys any longer because of age of vehicle? The locksmith told him he's better off selling the car! The man was beside himself. I ordered two chip keys through Amazon based on the factory number dealer gave him. Started looking for locksmith. Read a review from a woman who had a Beetle and key problems. Jason was able to solve her problem so I called him. He came out that day. Now VW's and particular Beetles can be a pain to program keys. Jason spent a couple hrs first day but had to come back with different seldom used equipment to dig further into this little beast. All told he came out three times and using various electronic devices was able to cut and program both new keys! My neighbor was ecstatic. All this for the same very very reasonable price quoted in the beginning. Long story not any shorter, This guy Jason is tops for any auto and especially if you have a VW Beetle which other locksmith's will not even touch! Jason came out very fast on a last minute call. My battery was dead and I needed 2 keys programmed (require battery) so I was going to cancel him coming out..but that did not stop him! He jumped my car while programming and even did my remotes for free! Took about 10 minutes to erase the old key codes and program my new ones.. He cut them too! 5 stars is not enough for this guy he exceeded my expectations by a long shot. He even programed keys I bought off eBay.. Dealership wanted me to get towed there as my car was locked security wise for not having a original key total cost would've been around 250 Jason came out for free (no charge to come out if you live in spring hill) did not charge me extra for any of my inconveniences (battery dead\remotes) saved me over 150! They couldn't be bothered to unlock my vehicle until after he got a second payment. Geico paid him once & then he wanted a cash payment from me as well. When I refused to pay him they didn't unlock my vehicle. But they still charged me a service fee to my roadside service for coming out.. Poor service all around. If you're smart you'll run from this company & his piss poor service. I'd walk before I let these yahoo's anywhere near any of my vehicles. Double Dippin butt holes. read more

Jason was polite, professional, fast, and very reasonably priced. Came out and cut a key by code for my car, and I didn't even have the code. He was able to call and get it and used a laser cut machine to make an exact high security key for my car and program the cars immobilizer so it worked just like it did off the factory lot. After having an awful experience with Lock Geeks in Tampa. I have a Volkswagen Beetle and they couldn't get the key to program and tried charging me ridiculous amounts. After 61 errors. I had my car towed all the way back to hernando county to have Jason's locksmith make me a new set of keys. Jason had made a key for my Volkswagen before so I knew he could do the job. Jason is absolutely incredible, he went far beyond what most would consider good customer service! Lost my car key and called in to have a new key cut. Jason ran into some issues due to codes not matching the year of my car. He went above and beyond in trying to remedy the issue. He made calls to the dealership and unfortunately their system was down. Upon realizing that he would not be able to make the key at that moment, he offered to let me take a ride with him to his next customer and stop by the dealership to remedy the issue. Due to time constraints I was not able to take him up on that offer, however he did give me a ride home. I still don't have my key but he will be contacting me later when he is able to get the correct codes. Due to all the hiccups they key will cost him more to make, however he is honoring the quote he gave me over the phone. Highly recommend him to anyone! read more
