Peter provided top notch service. He arrived exactly when he said he would, which was within 40 minutes - super fast for being awakened out of his sleep and drive time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, did not leave any damage and had the car unlocked within 5 minutes of arriving onsite. He takes multiple forms of payment and was very courteous the entire time, advising of any potential surprises such as the alarm being triggered even though it may have never been used/triggered before and what he would do if that were the case. He offered a receipt and tips on how to possibly get reimbursed through insurance. The part that took the longest was me trying to secure a suitable form of payment!
