He tried to charge her $400, wouldn't leave, got VERY close to her. He stayed for 1 1/2 hrs, really made her nervous. She refused to pay the $400 and would only give him the quoted price. He would not leave, stood in her doorway. She had to text me and I called the owner Shai who really didn't care but only said the tech was going thru a divorce so is having a bad day. Carmine had to order the proper key, which took a few days. That was okay. I was surprised anyone but a Jaguar dealer would be able to duplicate our key! We had called Jaguar and were quoted a price quite a bit higher than what All Safe quoted. Plus we'd had to pay to tow the vehicle from Brooksville to Tampa. No good.... The new keys arrived in a couple of days(we wanted two made). Carmine came right out to a) open the car door, b) cut the new keys, and c) program the new key remote. I was surprised at the amount of computerized equipment it took to get all of this accomplished. All Safe has the right tools and I'm sure they were not cheap! In a very short period of time, Carmine had two keys made, the car started with the a/c cooling it down for us. We were so thankful! If you need it done, call All Safe. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone and tried to help was either new, inexperienced or…read morepossibly only able to provide scripted responses. I was trying to get a safe installed. The dealer only does curbside delivery( they will not put it in the house. They will deliver the safe to the installation company ie ALSS or do curbside to my home and I can arrange for ALSS to come to my location and install it when delivered. After multiple attempts to convey this to the woman answering the phone she asks where is it going to be delivered to. So I give her my address then she asks what address it's going to be installed. When both addresses were the same she said that doesn't work. So obviously an inability to communicate. After multiple attempts to rephrase the situation it became apparent she could not grasp the concept of having the safe delivered to ALSS who would then delivery and install it. I probably should've asked for someone who was better equipped, but by that point I was already frustrated. So in this instance ALSS lost my business. I loathe surveys. This was a waste of my time and a loss of revenue for ALSS. Hopefully they will provide a little better training, unless of course they don't need the business
