VIP Locksmith came to my home on a "same day" call. Didn't have the locks I wanted but attempted to sell me expensive "other" locks. The service guy was nice enough but they didn't have what I wanted. I saved $200 and got what I wanted by going to Home Depot or Lowe's and having a handyman install for me. read more

Showed up right away. Replaced bathroom door handle and lock! Very pleasant and efficient! Job well done.

Great service! Saved my night in less than 20 min while triple AAA told me I had to wait over an hour for an available truck!

See note at the end for updated review. I called them because of the good reviews here, but this was my experience: After multiple phone conversations to determine what key was needed for a 2006 Lexus, including me talking to them on the phone from inside the car and explaining that this was not a push-button start on the dash, they came out with the wrong key. Then when they were supposed to come out with the right key, after my waiting all afternoon, they called at like 5 or 6 PM. So we set yesterday (Sat. 7/25) for them to come out late in the afternoon, and after waiting all afternoon, never heard from them 'til they called at 8 PM. Also, their price went from initial price on phone of $225-250, to $275 during this period. Lexus dealer charges $305 and you make an appointment, and it's done. Not worth it to use these guys to waste many hours to save $35. Since writing the above review, I talked to the owner, Amir. He had been on vacation and passed some phone numbers of ongoing jobs to a fill-in person, who as you can see from the original review above, didn't do a good job. Amir seems to be a responsible person and tried to make it right, and I would give him another chance. read more

Wow. Great service. I had to get my whole house re-keyed in a hurry. VIP responded to my request very promptly, sent a very competent tech that same day. When replacing, he showed me how the last firm had skipped corners (didn't put all 5 pins in each lock). Job was completed very efficiently and he cleaned up after himself. Very impressive and price was reasonable. read more

Absolutely first class and professional from start to finish! I needed my locks changed immediately and a technician was at my home within 15 minutes. Decided to change the lock on the entrance door and get a lock on another door rekeyed. I called around to get some quotes to ensure that I don't pay more than I need to. I called VIP Locksmith Services and Mike stated the price for the services requested and offered to come out or have a tech come out same day. Called a few more locksmiths after that, but Mike's team offered the lowest cost and most efficient service. 45 minutes after speaking with him, one of his techs, Dave, arrived at my place. Dave was quick and helpful and even tightened up another knob for us as a courtesy. Really appreciate the quick turnaround. Thank you Dave and Mike! Don't think twice. It is an absolute pleasure to have had VIP Locksmith Services come to my home and fix the non-working lever on my entry door. I called them up and Dave (great locksmith) showed up right on time. It took Dave less than 10 minutes to take off the lock and fix it with a new inside piece that broke and was causing the problem. His service was impeccable and his charges were extremely reasonable. It is so refreshing to actually have the fast, efficient service and sensible charges one can only dream about. Dave and VIP Locksmith Service made my dream come true. read more

I called VIP Locksmith Services when I had trouble opening my front door and my key got stuck in the lock. The manager Mike responded immediately was so informative and helpful and was able to get to my house within a half hour, actually more like 15 minutes. He accessed the problem, explained everything very honestly and thoroughly, told me I didn't have to go through a big expense of replacing everything, and then replaced the inside of my lock from his well stocked truck. He was done in about 10 minutes and saved me a lot of money because he is honest, very professional and a super nice guy. I highly recommend Mike and VIP Locksmith! read more

We needed to change the locks to a residence which we just inherited. We called VIP Locksmith based on another Yelp review. He came within 30 minutes, even though we told him it wasn't an emergency. He said he wanted to take care of us as soon as he could. Our locksets were a little older than expected, so it took him a little longer to do what he needed to do, but he kept us informed all along the way as to what he was doing. While filling out the paperwork at the end, he talked about how reputation and credibility were so important, and that he is serious about doing everything he can to deliver excellent service. He certainly succeeded with us! read more

I locked myself out of my house, so I went to a neighbor and asked her to Google a locksmith.I am so glad that VIP was the one I chose. Mike was there very fast and was very efficient in opening my door. Mike is very personable and to top that off the price was very fair 85.00 -- that is a 20 service fee and 65 to open the lock. Great service, I highly recommend him.Thank you Mike ! read more
