Diego at VIP REALLY came to our rescue last night. We locked ourselves out from our bottom lock of our house around 8:40pm. I couldn't find a locksmith initially to help. But then I called VIP and they had Diego call me quickly. In under 25 minutes he was at my house and got me back in within seconds. The only grief I had to deal with was that from my wife for forgetting the house keys when we walked the dogs before bed. VIP Locksmith came to my home on a "same day" call. Didn't have the locks I wanted but attempted to sell me expensive "other" locks. I called them because of the good reviews here, but this was my experience: After multiple phone conversations to determine what key was needed for a 2006 Lexus, including me talking to them on the phone from inside the car and explaining that this was not a push-button start on the dash, they came out with the wrong key. Then when they were supposed to come out with the right key, after my waiting all afternoon, they called at like 5 or 6 PM. So we set yesterday (Sat. 7/25) for them to come out late in the afternoon, and after waiting all afternoon, never heard from them 'til they called at 8 PM. Also, their price went from initial price on phone of $225-250, to $275 during this period. Lexus dealer charges $305 and you make an appointment, and it's done. Not worth it to use these guys to waste many hours to save $35. Since writing the above review, I talked to the owner, Amir. He had been on vacation and passed some phone numbers of ongoing jobs to a fill-in person, who as you can see from the original review above, didn't do a good job. Amir seems to be a responsible person and tried to make it right, and I would give him another chance. read more

The manager Mike responded immediately was so informative and helpful and was able to get to my house within a half hour, actually more like 15 minutes.
