WE CARE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. WARNING!! Terrible plumbing experience. Tenant reported backed up shower drain Memorial Day weekend. Called We Care given we had done business with them before for HVAC. Tech came out. They scoped out the drain at an extra cost. Told me the galvanized pipe failed in the shower and needed to be replaced with pvc drain. Charged me 3x what other plumbing companies later said they would have charged nearly $3k).Tore up the base of the tile shower to replace a galvanized pipe with pvc. Left an unusable shower. Didn't notify me with a text when the job was done.They just left. The lead tech, T, did call me back. He was considerate and apologized for a lack of communication. When I called to discuss the unusable shower, the plumbing manager insisted the bill needed to be paid of nearly $3K. Again, 2-3x what should have been charged. Doing the math, 8 hours at $100 hour would have been $800 at $150 hour would have been $1,200. Thinking the plumbing manager would be helpful if the bill was paid, I went ahead and paid the bill. Big mistake. After paying the bill, the company (plumbing manager) wouldn't answer the phone or reply to calls. Terrible! The coordinating technician, T, was incredibly caring and helpful. He offered to help with coordinating a fix of the shower but the plumbing manager refused. The plumbing manager was uncaring and ghosted me. Previously did business with We Care and have provided many referrals to We Care for HVAC services over the past few years. They tore up my bathroom shower without a plan for restoration and left me ẅith an unusable shower that is now going to cost another $10 - 12k to repair and make operational. It's 2 months later and I'm still trying to get a contractor to fix the damage. Feel they should reimburse at least half of what was charged. We Care used to care. Now it seems they could care less.

I received their flyer in the mail for "$65 one-time maintenance". "Call or visit us online to schedule your service!" I sent an online request for service on two HVAC units. Six days later, I had not heard from them. I happened to be in the area for another appointment and stopped in their office. I told the guy behind the counter about my experience: he offered no apology or ask if they could set me up now. His only response to no one in particular was "I really don't know why we have that (online scheduler) as an option." I told him I would go back to my usual service provider. I guess they just don't Care enough!

Should change their name to we don't care ! Charge for what should be warranted work . Can't speak to anyone in charge with complaints
