When this was Anderson Air, we got top notch service. But things have changed since Sean has left the company. Quality is on the decline, prices are on the rise. I believe I was overcharged for a 2 ton unit, and the install techs were very sloppy. They had to make several return trips to correct things that were done wrong. That said, there are still one or two knowledgeable techs there and if you're lucky you'll get one of them. read more

Do NOT hire these people - I have a video if I can figure out how to upload it. I called them for a slow bathtub drain. Guy "videos my pipes" says I need a 15-20k new plumbing job. I asked if he wasn't going to try to unclog the drain. He said "oh no, if I do that, it will ruin your pipes". I figured out how to remove the stopper, I videoed this - removed the hair, showed the FREE DRAINING TUB. $325 and HE COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO DO THIS. OH AND - $325 AFTER BEING QUOTED $99 FOR A SITE VISIT. I am reversing that charge AND putting in a complaint with the state licensing. read more

They were prompt and personable, and they explained everything step by step, which I appreciated. However, follow-up service was very disappointing. Trying to get them back for drywall repairs and to schedule an inspector was extremely difficult. I called multiple times without any response, and it took over a month just to reach someone. The drywall is finally being fixed today, but I still haven't received any update regarding the inspection. read more

I hired We Care Air to perform annual service at several properties. However, I either misunderstood what the annual service included, or they did not complete the work as expected. They did provide me with high quotes for additional services they claimed I needed, but I fortunately declined those offers. At our personal home i did not realize their annual serivce did not include the most basic of hvac services , changing air filter, so I did that after they left. Another basic service I did not realize they failed to include in the service was cleaning the line. I arrived home a week or so after they did my annual service to find the unit was not working, the line was clogged, and the pan was full of water. My husband and I cleared the line, vacuumed out the pan of water, and thankfully avoided damage. I'm not sure why the We Care Air person took so long at our house if he didn't do these basic things. Will not use again and advise everyone to find another company. My experience with We Care Air has left me with the impression that they may not operate with the best interests of their customers in mind. I suspect they may use scare tactics to push for unnecessary repairs and replacements, and I wouldn't be surprised if they deliberately cause damage to sell their services. read more

WE CARE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. WARNING!! Terrible plumbing experience. Tenant reported backed up shower drain Memorial Day weekend. Called We Care given we had done business with them before for HVAC. Tech came out. They scoped out the drain at an extra cost. Told me the galvanized pipe failed in the shower and needed to be replaced with pvc drain. Charged me 3x what other plumbing companies later said they would have charged nearly $3k).Tore up the base of the tile shower to replace a galvanized pipe with pvc. Left an unusable shower. Didn't notify me with a text when the job was done.They just left. The lead tech, T, did call me back. He was considerate and apologized for a lack of communication. When I called to discuss the unusable shower, the plumbing manager insisted the bill needed to be paid of nearly $3K. Again, 2-3x what should have been charged. Doing the math, 8 hours at $100 hour would have been $800 at $150 hour would have been $1,200. Thinking the plumbing manager would be helpful if the bill was paid, I went ahead and paid the bill. Big mistake. After paying the bill, the company (plumbing manager) wouldn't answer the phone or reply to calls. Terrible! The coordinating technician, T, was incredibly caring and helpful. He offered to help with coordinating a fix of the shower but the plumbing manager refused. The plumbing manager was uncaring and ghosted me. Previously did business with We Care and have provided many referrals to We Care for HVAC services over the past few years. They tore up my bathroom shower without a plan for restoration and left me ẅith an unusable shower that is now going to cost another $10 - 12k to repair and make operational. It's 2 months later and I'm still trying to get a contractor to fix the damage. Feel they should reimburse at least half of what was charged. We Care used to care. Now it seems they could care less. read more

Called to make a maintenance appointment on my HVAC, and first availability was two weeks out between 8-12. No problem. Day of appointment they called about 9 am to reschedule due to afternoon techs calling out sick? Not sure how that affects a morning appointment, but ok. The rescheduled appointment was supposed to be this past Friday, and again they needed to reschedule. No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I highly recommend We Care Heating and Air. This business has met every expectation and then exceeded them in the four times I have had them come out to fix HVAC problems over the past two years. From the office staff to the technicians to the management, they have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. During one service appointment, the attic access stairs broke by no fault of the technician, and within a day, they had contracted someone to come a fix it for free. 20 year old AC stopped cooling. Came out on weekend to try to fix it. Cost of repair was over $1000 due to old coolant plus repair would not be warrantied. Decided to get new unit. They were able to get us on the schedule within 2 days, before the real hot days started. Professional installers, cleaned up when finished. The only thing I wish they had done was place the unit a few inches further fro our second unit. It is difficult to get between them to get to an electrical panel. read more

We care and they did!!! on Monday Jonathan came to check out my water heater. had luke warm water so figured an element was out. It was a dinosaur (1999 birthdate) so I decided to have it replaced. we scheduled Tuesday morning for that job. Dart came out to put new one in and left. later that day I noticed my breaker kept tripping so I called on Wednesday and they sent Charles out Thursday morning. wow what a day. Charles opened the panels and appears there were faulty wires inside the unit from the manufacture. he got on the phone and got someone out immediately to replace the unit. Mike comes out and replaces the unit and breaker does the same thing and calls Charles back. charles again gets on the phone and gets Isaiah, the electrician, to come look at everything right away and he found the problem and boom I have hot water! These guys, every single one of them, were super friendly, professional and did everything they could to be sure the job was complete. They went above and beyond, I didn't have to wait, they made sure everything was working before the day was over. They gave me some bonus extras for my trouble, I didn't pay a dime over the initial cost, and truly made me feel like they cared! It's nice to have all services in one company. My thermostat stopped working and my A/C unit hadn't been checked since 2019, so after some research I called "We Care". The woman I spoke with on the phone (Telissa?) was very nice and said someone would come out that day (they'd give me a call ahead of time so I could be home for the visit). Justin came out and took the time to investigate my t-stat issue without just going ahead and installing a new one and charging me for it. He also gave my unit a check-up (indoor and outdoor). All questions were answered politely and in a way I could understand. No high pressure, no trying to sell me something I didn't really need (which I greatly appreciated!). I received their flyer in the mail for "$65 one-time maintenance". "Call or visit us online to schedule your service!" I sent an online request for service on two HVAC units. Six days later, I had not heard from them. I happened to be in the area for another appointment and stopped in their office. I told the guy behind the counter about my experience: he offered no apology or ask if they could set me up now. His only response to no one in particular was "I really don't know why we have that (online scheduler) as an option." I told him I would go back to my usual service provider. I would highly recommend 'We Care' to anyone! Drew was absolutely amazing! My A/C went out on Mother's Day (Sunday) and Drew was to my house within 2 hours and temporarily fixed the issue (broken fan motor). Since it was the weekend, it was $98 for them to come out where originally I believe it's$50. Which is not bad at all. He ordered the part which was ordered and installed the following day. He wasn't pushy in getting me to order unnecessary parts and unnecessary labor. He was very informative and professional. Within 48 hours of my initial call, my a/c was fixed. I called today, my thermostat was not working and it was hot. I am a contract customer and have had a new heat pump put in a couple years ago. The customer service had been great until today. It was hot and we are getting up there in years, did not want to go without air today. I was told by Malissa no techs were available and I would have to wait until tomorrow. I called someone else and paid $160.00 to get the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. I always thought those that had contracts received service first. guess I am mistaken. A/C was not working. I had used We Care back in January for a PMI and signed up for their VIP Plan and It was worth it! Needed A/C fixed today. We chose We Care because they used Train Air Conditioners, which is the second highest rated A/C according to Consumer Reports. I have to say I am very happy with their work. Not only did they take out the two old a/cs and the improperly installed duct work, they repaired and insulated the platform the unit sits on, cleaned out and replaced the base for the outside component and also answered all my nosy questions while they worked without acting like i was irritating them or being condescending. Where before the back two bedrooms barely recieved any air now they are cool and comfortable. We even had to raise the temperature from our normal setting because it was too cold. read more
