Our living room and hallway floors were well worn since they hadn't been refinished in 30 years ago and had wear by the three large dogs we've had during that time. WC Floors was recommended by our son who also had a very positive experience with WC. I used their web page to contact them. Wilson called back in a short period of time and came to the house to give us an estimate. He also gave us a reasonable price for moving the furniture in and out of the living room. I was able to schedule the job shortly thereafter. The crew came on time and carefully moved the furniture out and completed the refinishing job. A first class job. We had to wait several days before the furniture could be moved back so that the special hard traffic varnish could harden. A different crew came to move the furniture back. Again a careful job. The work was coordinated by Wilson's daughter Dana as he was out of the country. She, too communicated well and handled the logistics equally well. read more

Wilson and WC floors are incredible. My wife and I closed our house last week and had 8 days until move in. We had floors that desperately needed re-treatment due to old rugs, exposed nails, and termite damage and wanted it done before we moved in furniture. We called WC and Wilson was over on a Saturday with less than 24 hours notice, showed up early, took our measurements and assured us it would be done in time for move-in. He quickly sent us an estimate and his crew was in the following Wednesday and worked 7:30 AM-8:00 PM for two days to get it done. Since we weren't at the house and not local, Wilson updated us with pictures, kept us informed of even the most minor detail, and finished ahead of schedule and without any change to the original estimate. These guys are terrific. I am a prominent realtor with many clients that buy homes and renovate them. Many of my clients ask me for vendors to help with the upgrades. Its so important that the work be done with quality top notch vendors as it will be a reflection on me. Over the years I've heard rave reviews on Wilson's teams expertise, quality of installation and cleanliness. Well I finally had an opportunity myself to use their installation services when we re-did our basement. We chose a product called Coretec and his team did an unbelieveable job. There are a lot of angles and cuts in our flooring, they are all perfect! WC Floors is fantastic and I highly recommend using them for any hardwood floor related work. They offer a very fair price and do excellent work. My floors were sanded and refinished within a week and they look better than ever. When they sanded the floor, there was very little dust in the house. Afterwards, they vacuumed and wiped everything down anyways. The polish they use has no smell and does not leave any residuals on the wood surface. It's a great, natural look. The guys from WC Floors were very nice and professional. Everything was left the way they found it and they are very punctual. If they said they are coming at 8am on Thursday, you can definitely expect them to be there. A real far cry from typical guys who give you a 4 hour time frame to wait for them to get there. Wilson and his crew are professional and conscientious. They worked both days from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with a short break for lunch. As agreed, the crew moved furniture, pulled up old carpet, disposed of it then removed all tackless strips (very time consuming), prepped the floors, stained, put three coats of sealer then moved all furniture back into the rooms. The crew worked very efficiently. Upon completion, we paid Wilson the balance owed. The next day, I realized a wall unit had been placed in the bathroom while the floors were worked on. It blocked a linen closet, so that floor hadn't been refinished, though we'd talked about it initially. I called Wilson and he sent one of his men out the next day to work an extra 2-3 hours, no questions asked. WC Floors is a pleasure to work with. Wilson definitely aims to please. read more

We used WC Floors to complete a new engineered hardwood floor installation, and sanding refinishing of a staircase and hand rails. Wilson and his team did an amazing job! They worked very hard, demo of existing old floors, and on leveling our 71 yr old sub floor, making it just right. They also installed new base moldings, and thresholds to make nice transitions into a few rooms. His staff was always on time, neat and cleaned up after the day. Wilson always answered my calls and texts, and was very easy to get in touch with. His pricing was very fair and honest. I highly recommend WC floors and would definitely use them again! Wilson and crew swooped in and saved our hardwood floors, and did it faster than I would have believed possible. We had half old floors and half newly installed by Home Depot. In retrospect we wish we'd had Wilson do the whole thing start to finish instead. Wilson at WC floors gave me an affordable price and stuck to it. His crew showed up on the date agreed to and completed the work in a timely manner. They repaired some damage to 50 year old hardwood and matched it perfectly. They refinished and stained 4 rooms which were covered by old shag rugs and a mix of tile and even old linoleum which caused some staining. Wilson suggested we use a darker stain which turned out beautifully. I would recommend WC Floors to anyone and more importantly I would use them again without hesitation. read more
