Really good bacon cheeseburger. Service may not be the best but it is the market. Everything I have eaten from here has been good.

They never skimp on the meat, cheese, or toppings, and the bread + deli selection means you can create so many different sandos. Right in the center of Main Street, perfect for a picnic or a quick bite anytime. The space is always clean, and I love the variety of snacks and drinks they carry. And of course... the iconic Giugni Juice. A true local fave that never disappoints. Still one of my go-to Napa Valley staples.

It's the only place I know that has white sharp cheddar cheese, which I love on sandwiches, and I always get their Guini juice on the side. That said, I was a bit taken aback by the pricing on my most recent visit. I completely understand that prices go up, but my veggie sandwich was listed at $13.75 and I was charged $17.75. It turns out certain breads are an upcharge, but that wasn't communicated--I only realized after I had already paid. I also asked for pepperoncini and was charged $3, even though it's supposed to be $1.75. On top of that, it looks like I was charged for cucumbers, even though they're listed as part of the vegetarian sandwich, which feels a bit misleading. I've never had this issue before, so next time I'll definitely double-check pricing or order online since that's always been accurate for me. I still enjoy the food, just wish pricing and add-ons were more clearly communicated.

Impression: First time visiting this place. I have always…read moreheard great things about it. I have been to quite a few places in Oakdale but always just rolled by this spot. The inside is old school food place with photos of nostalgia of the country. Flow: You can call in and pick up for fast service or drop in and wait to be seated. It could be a long wait or it could be fast depending on the line. The service is fast though. They don't dilly dally and waste your time. If you are going to dine in you need to go to the counter and put your name in. Food: Leo Camarillo- You can order with pastrami, roast beef or both. (Not half and half) Lots of cheese and sautéed mushrooms. If you're not a mushroom fan just skip. This is so delicious I have been thinking about it ever since we got it. My wife doesn't like mushrooms and she still ate with the shrooms on. We ordered pastrami only. No ragrats! French Dip- My kids ate both halves and didn't even hook it up with a bite! It was juicy and the dip was perfect. Always add the cheese. The Italian- Loved the Italian. It had a lot of meats on it and the veggies were fresh. Topped with an Italian dressing. Salads- Pesto salad was my favorite. Excellent flavor. No heartburn. Spaghetti salad was the sleeper. Very unsuspecting. I thought it was going to be cold spaghetti sauce but it was tomato's and Italian dressing/seasoning. Potato salad was ok. We added pepper and salt. We ordered 3 sandwiches for 4 people and came home with an untouched half because there was so much food. Bill was less than $60 for all the food and the soft drinks. Will definitely be a frequent haunt now.

Popped into this little deli gem after hearing about their yummy sammies!…read more Located in downtown Vacaville, parking can be a little hard if it's during lunch hours but you will eventually find somewhere to park! Was greeted by a gentleman cleaning the tables outside. Specialized in Italian Deli sandwiches! Ambience is very nice and cozy inside! Lots of imported meats from what I saw and they had tiramisu and house made cannolis! They have a whole case of Italian sweets which is a big plus! I opted for the Friday tuna sandwich which was soooo tasty! The picture speaks for itself! And the staff was very kind in helping me chose the perfect sandwich for my first time! Also the prices are extremely fair given the top tier quality of meats n breads used!

My sandwich was filled with meat, cheese, olive spread and served on lightly toasted focaccia bread. The was very filling and the olive spread had a nice zesty kick. The chips were lime and pink salt flavored and made by a company named San Carlo. I enjoyed the flavor and were not at all greasy. The sandwich was on special that day, so the whole meal cost me $15.25 before tax. The service was good and the restaurant had some fun decor to look at while I waited. It's a great little deli I'd visit again.

I've been here two times, each time was delicious!…read more The first I got falafel and salad, it was really good and light. Tons of flavor. Today I got the pastrami sandwich combo. The sandwich was one of the best pastrami sandwiches I've had. The bread was moist, meat was hot and tender, veggies were the right proportions. The service was killer, greeted me as I walked in and got me going quickly. They have iced tea but I wanted a lemon, so they cut some up fresh for me! That's the type of thing that will get me coming back over and over. The ambiance is a deli, nothing too flashy, but they've got plenty of seats inside and out. If you're looking for a great deli, nice staff and somewhere to take a load off for lunch or earlier dinner in Fairfield / Cordelia this is it.

We order the French dip sandwich and the flavor was great, meat was cooked just right and the sauce complimented the sandwich well, though it was a bit thicker than I thought it'd be for an Au Jus, but hey to each their own for sauces. 4/5* Their shawarma wrap was probably the most worth getting on their menu; the size of it is very generous and flavorful. Out of the 2 things we got this was definitely the winner for $12. 5/5* Both of the gentlemen were very nice behind the counter and when we're back in the area we will be back again!

I was attending a meeting a few blocks away and the organizers offered to fetch us lunch from this…read moredeli if we'd order and pay in advance. The online ordering system was not working - it balked at payment - so I phoned them and ordered that way. On the day, we got a pile of plastic bags each labeled with our name, and inside mine I found my hot sandwich, still pretty warm, inside a foil wrapper. Mine was the Italian melt, lots of different kinds of meat plus provolone and a little onion and pepperocini and a mildly spicy marinara sauce lightly dabbed in. It was not too thick but nicely dense, as well as delicious, with a well chosen mix of ingredients. I didn't want too much bread, so I ordered it on marble rye, and that turned out to be fairly thin, not overwhelming, and also strongly and delightfully flavored. I'm not ordinarily big on deli sandwiches - I don't think they have much else - but this was a major find.

Stopped here at around 1:20PM on a Sunday, and it was moderately busy…read more Really friendly staff, family owned (I think) and a good amount of seating inside. There is a bathroom that you must ask for a key to. Once 1:30 rolled around, I was excited to try my sandwich given the great reviews, then came 1:40, then 1:50, and I did not have my sandwich until around 1:55. I worked in a sandwich shop for 3 years, so I know sometimes a wait is unavoidable and can recall dealing with rude customers, so I did not approach the staff regarding the wait. They were trying their best to accommodate the orders. However-- 35 minutes for 2 sandwiches, I think, is a little excessive. In the end, my sandwiches were spectacular, genuinely well crafted, and met (maybe even surpassed) my expectations. When I got back to my car, I noticed the worker (owner?) gave me a full sandwich despite me ordering half. I wasn't sure if this was purposeful as means of saying "our bad", or just a mistake, but I will say it left me in better spirits. If you have some extra time to kill, with friends etc., this is a must try. However, if you are on ANY sort of time restriction, I would not recommend stopping here. I'm sure this is not always the case, but as a stop on a long drive, I did not consider an extra 45 minutes for a sandwich. If the owners are reading this, I truly mean well and hope you know a long wait is a sign of success. Growth is inevitable!
