My air-conditioning broke for the third summer in a row and the first two summers, I called a different company to come out and fix it. All they would do was add refrigerant to a leaking air conditioning unit. When the gentleman from Pierce came out to assess my problem, he let me know that there was a small leak that needed to be patched and that I also needed refrigerant. Getting an HVAC system repaired yearly becomes quite pricey for a small business like mine and this company fixed it the right way. They are very reasonable and very professional. I would highly recommend this company over the others in orange.

And their responsiveness and timeliness, especially after being on 'Northern Neck Time' for so many years, really blew my mind!! They return your inquiries promptly, and when they say they will arrive at a certain time, they do!! Whether it is for the estimate OR to do the actual work. They really went above and beyond to help me, even taking all of my old ceiling fans with them, since I was nervous that my garbage men might give me a hard time about taking them tomorrow. Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how pleased you will be if you hire them. I know I could have probably hired a regular handyman for a lot less $$, but I don't like to take any chances with electrical things, or with any other things that might kill me if they're improperly installed, and Steve and his gang REALLY KNOW their stuff!! This time we went there for a mattress! Yes, a mattress. Mike's sister is here! She is just as wonderful as her brother! In fact 2 of his sister's were here! So now I have met Mike's sisters, cousin, brother-in-law! All fabulous people. Yelda, I hope I spelled that right, was a huge help in deciding on a mattress, price was fantastic, also! Sera helped, also...she had to retrieve the mattress from the back. I winded up buying not only a mattress but a platform bed as well! Could not resist...price was better than what I figured for my budget and what I have been looking for! As I said in my review about the other location...This IS a family business, have met some of the family and they are all wonderful people, very genuine and caring people. You can see they care about their customers and want the best for them without the customer paying too much. The quality of the products they sell - very good! So pleased I have met these people, I would like to say they are 'friends'! Well, they delivered the platform bed last week... I didn't know they were going to put it together! Khalid and 'Alex' did fantastic! Made sure I was happy with WHERE they place it! LOVE this company!!
