Excellent experience with these guys. Booked the initial date for the estimate ... Hunter (and…read moreteam) showed up on time. Great conversation. Very professional. My current water heater was leaking (turned ou a large crack). It sat on a very primitive wooden stand. Estimate was literally $900 less than provided by the company that works with the Large Box Hardware store which I had initially contacted. Plus they provided a very nice METAL stand for free and included my Vet discount. 2 days later (per schedule), Hunter showed up ... again on time ... and installed the heater. They also installed new faucets (part of my original request). They were all wrapped up within 1 1/2 hours. A follow-on note ... Subsequenetly, I felt that my shower water pressure was terrible. I thought that the heater needed to be set to 140 (vs. the recommended 120) and asked them to re-set. Hunter thought it might just be sediment in the shower head ... I pretty much scoffed at that idea, but he took it down worked on it for 5 minutes and then ... WOW! all the pressure I needed w/o having to increase the temp (the latter which would also have increased the operating cost!). Now since I had called them out for this 'extra' service I was fully expecting that I would have to argue that I shouldn't have to pay an extra fee ... and guess what ... that never even came up. Bottom line ... the guys are professional, fast, courteous and I would absolutely recommend them! I've been trying to establish a network of LOCAL companies (here in the Locust Grove area), for my electrical, plumbing, etc. requirements ... and for sure I've found my Plumber!! Still looking for a tree/lawn service that doesn't rip me off!!

Respectful professionals, they represent the company well. The guys were easy to communicate the issue with and transparent in explaining the necessary work. The busted pipe was replaced and tested before the service arrival window even ended, which freed up my afternoon nicely. I highly recommend Plumbing Innovators. I feel confident in their workmanship because of the honest nature of the guys, in addition to the one year warranty on parts. I'm pleased with the pricing and the prompt completion of the repair.

I followed the truck about a mile as I was heading the same way, but then it turned around and apparently went to my house (I kept going the other way but the house had a lockbox so the guy let himself in - I didn't even need to be there). An hour later the place is fixed and I get a very reasonable bill in the mail a few days later. After that stellar experience I used the company 2 more separate times and found them to be quick and reasonable. I fear that as more people find out about them they will raise their prices or something (isn't that how it always goes) but I'm nonetheless willing to spread the word. So, a big thumbs up from me.

Received four quotes for three major home projects: A complete master bathroom remodel, a new deck,…read moreand replacement of a drop ceiling with sheetrock and repair of a water-damaged wall in a guest bedroom. The first three quotes were from "high end" remodelers. A friend recommended Allen Geoffrey's Handyman Services to us (she had just had her bathroom remodeled). Geoff and his crew (Mark and Brian) came out to survey the jobs. They spent more time with me going over what work we wanted and what our major concerns were. They suggested a comprehensive "plan of attack" from top to bottom. We were consulted at every step of each of the projects to ensure that our expectations and design elements were incorporated. Their price quote came in thousands (yes, thousands) of dollars less than the three previous quotes. While they don't provide the design assistance of the "high end" contractors, they met us at a big box contractor store and helped us color-coordinate our design interests. They took care of ordering all the various pieces parts needed and got us a significant discount on materials. First, they replaced the deck to install flashing (that the previous home owner neglected to do), that led to the water damage in the guest bedroom. The deck was brought up to code and revealed serious problems with the previous deck installation. After the deck was done, the crew split off into two teams, one working on the master bathroom, the other, working on the guest bedroom. The crew took care of hauling off all old materials and cleaned up after each day. The work was first-rate. As with any major home project, unexpected/unforeseen problems arise. While removing the water-damaged sheetrock in the guest bedroom, major water damage was discovered to the exterior wall. Geoff gave me a very reasonable labor estimate to repair the wall. That wall is now the strongest in the house. They show up when expected, every day, until the job is done. They go beyond what is expected to ensure that the client is happy with the direction the project is headed. I highly recommend these master plumbers. I guess my highest endorsement is that, when our kitchen cabinets come in, Geoff and his crew will be doing our complete kitchen remodel (again, coming in thousands of dollars less than the high-end contractors). If you need any work done to your home, give them a call. They will not disappoint you. And, Geoff, Mark, & Brian, our new master bathroom looks and functions beyond our expectations. Thank you!
