This company would get a negative rating if I could rate them such.paid a lot of money for plenty of headaches. Hard to get in touch with them. Even talked to service manager and the situation didn't get any better. Please do not use this company for your ac and heating needs. They also failed the county test for something simple that was overlooked during installation. They sent two other employees out to try to find out why the heat wasn't blowing properly and they oversee the problem too. It took them getting the report and having to come out here and fix the problem in order to pass the inspection. The two employees that they sent out were supposed to be two of their best people who intern overlooked the problem. Starting from the top in Management all the way down to installation employees they all need training in their jobs. FH FURR is a Company that I would not recommend to anyone.

She was pleasant and patiently listened to me go on and on about my headache. She indicated that someone would be able to come out the next day. I explained that I wouldn't be home and that I wanted the plumber to call me with an estimate before doing any work. ( Yes, I was scammed the previous 2 times...but at least I can admit it. :) The plumber called me first thing in the morning and gave me a detailed account of the problem and what was wrong. He was EXTREMELY PROFESSION AND COURTEOUS! (Sadly, it's something that I am far to used to not receiving....remember those days when people used the words "sir" and "maam"....and "please" and "thank you".) The price was in line with what I expected to pay and he had the job completed in 45 minutes. The previous plumbers spent hours DOING NOTHING! And this guy had it done in less than an hour. I removed the old one, and had the new one unpacked and all ready to go, I just needed the technician to install it. Before getting here I told the tech he would only have 15 minutes to do the install as I had an appt. that I had to get to. He assured me he thought he could do it. The new one was the same manufacturer, so it was a simple case of pretty much twisting the new one in. He did use some putty and replaced a small PVC pipe which he didn't really need to. Anyway, he did the install within 15-20 minutes. He gave me the estimate, which I thought was rather high, but with the sink torn up I was in no position to stop everything and try to get another plumber out and to see what everyone else was charging. He did give me a $75 discount because I had done some of the work. The total for 15-20 minutes was originally $437-$75=$362.00. I think this is an outrageous amount to charge, it was an easy install. I sent an email to the owner, and of course go no response. So, I called and spoke to the service manager. His reasoning was $437 was expensive, but it covers tech training, vehicles, insurance, office expenses etc. I have no problem with a business making a profit but this is an exorbitant amount to charge for 15-20 minutes of work. Apparently, they have Flat Fees for jobs, but won't give even a hint as to what these are over the phone, so you are in the dark until they arrive at your home, and in an emergency you certainly aren't going to send the tech away. So, while the tech was very nice, and apparently did a fine job this place is very, very expensive.

I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!
